We have been staying at The Leas Beach Park since our children were little (now in their 40's) and each time we have been (at least 6 -7) we have been made welcome. I feel nothing would be too much and it is lovely to feel that amount of support. The site is small, but perfectly formed - no 'entertainment', but lots close by if you like a pub, restaurant, music etc. I think it is probably useful to have a car if you like these, but there are fabulous beach, forest and cliff paths on hand from the caravan door. It would be easy to get confused with finding one of the entrances, if it weren't for the superb instructions offered in the booking info.. The caravans have toilet roll, milk , tea, coffee, hot chocolate and some sugar for arrival, plus washing up liquid, cleaning clothes, dish scourer and cleaners. Any unusual features are explained and there is a superb booklet of local amenities, caravan details, walks and important telephone numbers, plus wi fi access codes (worked a treat and allowed me to sort and store my photos quickly, plus reply to emails etc) We have always been sent a deposit receipt and given one immediately for the balance. There are free laundry facilities and whirlygig dryers outdoors, the mini playground facility you see in the picture and I'm sure I spotted toys to borrow. Recycling facilities are good. The site is always well appointed, mowed grass, outdoor spray for washing sandy feet, sticky hands, wet dogs etc and even this are is a cheerful colour splash with pots and tubs of plants. My only sticking point is caravan curtains - wherever they are and on whatever site, they are always the sort that let in the dawn light (about 4 am). Some people can sleep through this ok, but we find it harder personally. However, you can always have a catch up nap indoors or out, you are on holiday after all. I cannot sing the praises of the site highly enough - thank you for all the fab holiday experiences we have had, with children, both young and grown up and grandchildren too

I have stayed in many caravans, lodges, flats & no. 8 was by far the most immaculate property of all. It was perfect. Every single need was catered for. Situated 1 minute from Bacton beach. Our dog Harley was warmly welcomed. Would highly recommend *****

The caravan was spotlessly clean, with all the necessary equipment to make our stay perfect. The owners are welcoming and helpful. Our dogs had a wonderful time on the beach; only a few steps away. There is a shop within walking distance, so no need to travel far unless you want to. Just perfect.

We had a really amazing time! Very welcoming and accommodating. The caravan was very modern and in a great condition. The beach is literally a 1 minute walk from the caravan and is perfect for dogs! The only issue we had was with the internet on some occasions and the TV losing signal but other than that everything else worked perfectly fine. Would definitely return!

I would like to start this review by saying how impressed we were with not only the caravan but with the staff. The caravan was clean and tidy and the staff could not do enough for us. There was even some basic supplies waiting for us just in case we needed a coffee or tea. The site was well kept and the sea was a minute walk away. It was a very nice beach and the sea was never way out during low tide. It was a great place to stay and I highly recommend it to anyone.

Sparkling clean caravan with everything you need. Virtually on the beach which was pretty much deserted, miles of soft sand and great walks. Highly recommended for families, walkers, anyone really who likes the seaside holiday without all the horrible touristy things. Excellent.

thank you for a lovely holiday the caravan was spacious clean and had everything you needed a room for doing your washing and drying and buckets and spades for children to borrow for the beach. met bye a very friendly man who showed us to our caravan .The beautiful beach was right on our doorstep bacton is a small village but very friendly I will go back next year .

We had some sunny days in this lovely area. The mobile home was spacious and very clean-you could see, that this car park is managed very well by the friendly and helpfull owner. The beach is wonderful- we made walks at the sandy beach each day. We will recommend this pleasant and cosy mobile home park to our friends.

Lovely clean and comfortable caravan on a small, family site, right next to the beach. Bacton has several cafes, pubs and takeaways plus a friendly shop all within easy walking distance. The beach is quiet and you can walk for miles in either direction. We were visiting family and friends and it was a great base to come back to and relax at the end of the day.
