An added bonus there is a rear east facing balcony for your early morning coffee or tea
Main bedroom leading to the rear balcony can be arranged as a king size or two singles if required
Plenty of storage for your weekly stays
Second smaller double bedroom
Also plenty of hanging space.
Main living area with extra sofa bed in lounge if needed
Small bistro table /dining area for 4 people
end to end bath with shower
Bathroom all built in with underfloor heating as well for a bit of extra comfort
Open plan kitchen / diner
With a breakfast bar and all mod cons to make your stay more comfortable
Door leading out to the main full length balcony
Main balcony a fantastic extra piece of space for entertaining or relaxing with great sea views
Brighton pier always a firm family favourite
Hove beach huts and promenade great for walks and bit of people watching
Close to the south downs national park
Lovely countryside walks just on your doorstep

Interaction with guests
This is NOT a self check in apartment , I like to meet guests face to face and hand over the keys and run through the facilities as it is a top floor apartment. I mainly do this to explain to guests regards the fire safety issues within the house and the fire alarm panel which is located in the communal hallway.
Otherwise I am available anytime night/day if there are any problems during the stay and/or if you need some extra information and advise regards local amenities and facilities. We are always happy to help !

We rented both the balcony apartment and the larger "beach hut apartment", which is downstairs in the same building to house our extended family over the weekend of my sister's wedding. We booked through Crown Gardens, but most of our contact was directly with the owner, Fiona, who was extremely helpful throughout and did everything possible to accommodate our needs....

About the neighborhood
Hove is the best kept secret of Brighton, the seafront is a great place to escape to, away from the hustle and bustle of Brighton but near enough to catch the vibes. Just being by the sea is great and made all the prettier by the Hove beach huts in their array of colours. It doesn't feel like a tourist area, but has a laid-back, village or a notting hill type atmosphere.

The promenade attracts roller-bladers, baby buggies and dog walkers. There are football games , family picnics on the grassy areas, and an area for playing boules or just generally chilling out.
Because of all this activity, its great to stop at the open-air cafes and watch the world go by or admire the splendour of the West Pier and the old regency buildings along the front.
Getting around
The apartment is located in central Hove very close to regular bus routes going east/west along the sefront and in/out of central Brighton namely the no 700/no1 a, no 6 and no 49 buses.
It is also within a 10 minute walk to Hove Train Station and there is a taxi rank located close by at Hove Town Hall ( 5 minutes away ) close to Norton rd car park.
