Two other bedrooms (2 doubles with a possibility for 2 child beds instead of one double depending on your requirements). Patio with garden beyond. Quiet residential setting set back from the road with on-drive parking for one car and on-road parking for others. 15 minutes walk to hove lagoon watersports facilities and seafront. 5 minutes walk to train station where you can catch a train to Hove (3 minutes) or Brighton (8 minutes) with their huge array of fantastic shops and restaurants.
