Situada en una de las zonas más privilegiadas de la isla, en San Marcial del Rubicón, Playa Blanca.
Está totalmente equipada tanto en el interior como en el exterior. Interior cuidado y decorado con todo detalle, y exterior con barbacoa, piscina privada y zonas de solarium, comedor y relax. Smart TV, wifi gratuito (20 MB), DVD...
La piscina privada podrá climatizarse (hasta 26-28 grados) desde el mes de Octubre 2019 en adelante (coste adicional de 20€ por día, por el periodo de la estancia).
Se encuentra ubicada a escasos metros del paseo marítimo. A la derecha, encontramos a tan solo 800 metros el puerto deportivo Marina Rubicón, donde se puede disfrutar de una amplia oferta de restaurantes, bares y tiendas. A la izquierda, a 400 metros tenemos la playa de Las Coloradas, el Centro Comerci...

Perfect Family Holiday
Thank you Eva, wonderful time once again at Villa Java, spotlessly clean, great location, very helpful before arrival and whilst we were there. We loved celebrating my youngest daughter’s 21st Birthday there and hopefully we can return again for a third time to the Villa in the future, I would definitely recommend it, such a peaceful location and such a lovely area with 2 supermarkets close by, a 10 minute walk to the marina and 40 minute walk to Play Blanca town or catch a bus at the top of the road, very cheap and run every half hour. Thank you Eva once again Regards Steph and Family

Absolutely stunning!
Stayed in Villa Java over Christmas. We had THE best time. Stunning spacious villa with everything we needed. Pool guy came a few times so no issues with that. So much space and all tastefully decorated. Near everything and in my opinion in the best part of Playa Blanca. Sincerely hope to return to this little piece of paradise.

¡Experiencia mágica!
Todo en esta Villa es tan bonito y especial que resulta ser mas increíble que en las fotos. Súper limpia, cuidada hasta el mínimo detalle, con todas las facilidades extras como toallas, sombrillas, amenities,etc. A medida que pasan los dias hemos ido descubriendo pequeños detalles que ofrece la Villa como un libro con telefonos de contacto importantes, lugares que recomienda. Sin duda, el lugar perfecto para pasar unas vacaciones de lujo.
Por cierto, cabe destacar el trato exquisito de los dueños Eva y su marido que han sido tan amables y respetuosos que dan ganas de volver cada año. Nosotros repetiremos sin duda!

Great Villa, Great Host, Great Stay!
My wife and I have just returned after a wonderful week staying at Villa Java.
Eva the Villa owner has put so much into creating a beautiful home from home. Personally greeting us and showing us around followed by so many recommendations of places to visit and dine at.
The villa is located just 2 minutes from the local supermarket and 2 bars and a 15 minute walk along the coast to the Rubicon Marina. Definitely recommend registering for the e-scooters which we found a fun and convenient way of getting to and from the villa!
We can’t recommend this villa enough, in fact, we booked our return flights and stay for next year before we left!

Tranquillità e comodità
La villa ha tutto, è in una posizione molto comoda, e in caso di richieste o necessità c'è Eva, sempre disponibile e gentile.
Ci ha dato ottimi consigli sui posti da visitare, i ristoranti e le spiagge e le sue risposte erano sempre veloci.
È stato bello poter soggiornare in uno spazio ampio, pulito, ben organizzato e anche se non abbiamo usato la piscina abbiamo comunque apprezzato lo spazio esterno per fare colazione o bere un drink in tranquillità. Bella la vista sul mare che si gode dal primo piano.

Thoroughly enjoyable, relaxing holiday
I can only reiterate what many before me have said, Villa Java is a lovely villa and worthy of the 5 stars and the Certificates of Excellence displayed in the living room.
Eva, the owner, is a very friendly, helpful and considerate hostess who was there to meet us at the door as we stepped from the taxi. She gave us a very comprehensive guide of the villa and when she discovered just one thing wrong, fixed/solved the problem immediately.
The villa itself was spotlessly clean and is very nicely furnished. The area is a quiet, residential area but just at the top of the road is an excellent Dino’s supermarket with fresh meat and delicatessen counters. Just 2 minutes from Dino’s, on the opposite corner is another supermarket specialising in food etc from the UK. I have to confess to buying some frozen hot cross buns for my breakfast!
My daughter and I had a wonderfully relaxing week here, mainly by the pool reading, doing puzzles etc and then a dip in the pool when the sun became too much. This villa would suit everybody, from just 2 like us to families with children. The bedrooms are very good and the whole villa is spacious with good outside space.
For fit,younger people the Rubicon Marina is just a 10/12 minute, very pleasant walk away along the Promenade, but even I, at 80 with arthritic knees and a pair of walking poles managed it in 15/20 minutes. We loved the Marina which is full of shops and eateries as well as the usual yachts.
I thoroughly recommend Villa Java and Eva without hesitation.

Fantastic villa, great location
The location of the villa is very handy - supermarket around the corner, Marina Rubicon a 15 minute walk away along the lovely beach walk, and the beautiful Papagayo Beaches (our favourite) a short drive away. Well equipped villa, comfortable bed, great outside space with pool, and a Smart TV for watching Netflix if the need arises! Thoroughly enjoyed our break and will be back.

Great villa and hospitality!
This is the 2nd one of Eva's villas we have stayed in and they're equally as good. Eva meets you at the start of your holiday and is always on hand for any help or recommendations.The villa is spotless and has everything you need and more,Netxflix is a great addition if you want as lazy night in. The outside space is lovely and south facing which means you have the sun (and places to shade) all day. it's a 15 minute casual stroll into the marina with an abundance of great bars and restaurants. We have already booked to return again next year!
