We had a great stay at this villa. Perfect location. Owner couldn’t have been more helpful and really looking forward to booking to go back!

Spent two weeks in the villa and had a wonderful time. It is a perfect villa for either a couple or a family. Plenty of room in the communal lounge area. Nice and comfortable to relax in the evenings. 4 very generous sized bedrooms with lots of wardrobe space. The beds were also very comfortable. One of the most important things for us was to be able to eat every single meal outside on the patio area. It has a very big outside table with lots of chairs and a wonderful view of the mountain. The kitchen is well equipped (added bonus of a washing machine which was most welcome). Hired a car from the airport and was able to park on the ample sized gated driveway. Would most certainly recommend this villa - you certainly won't be disappointed.

Had a fab time. Villa was as expected and was like home From home. Pool was lovely. Very quite area lovely walk to Play a Blanca. Would definitely stay again.

This villa is simply stunning. The pool was heated to a lovely temperature (even on 1st Jan we was swimming with the sun on our backs). We had a small issue with the WiFi and between Julie and Karen it was sorted immediately. If you visit here you will not be disappointed. Thanks Julie and Karen for all your help. Stay safe.

The period of our holiday coincided with the viris outbreak. This resulted in island lockdown. The villa proved to be an oasis for our extended family, including 10 month old triplets. House and pool came into their own. Property owner Julie stayed in touch throughout which was very reassuring.

What a way to spend my 30th and Christmas, just wished we’d stayed for new year too now!! Second time we’ve stayed at the villa and definitely won’t be the last, we just absolutely love it. The villa has also had a mini makeover since we last went, looks very clean and fresh, all new bedroom furniture in each room and new flooring throughout, and the bedroom patio doors have been replaced with new windows which makes it even more safe when younger children are staying in their own rooms as they can’t get straight into the pool area, looks great. There was only 6 of us this time so we had loads of space, last time we stayed, there were 8 of us and we still had loads of room, it’s great as you aren’t all on top of each other all week. The outside area is great, is extremely spacious, the walls are high so it’s very private, the space goes all the way round the back and down the opposite side. Parking on the drive is probably easily enough for 4 cars. The whole complex is in a gated community so it feels very safe, and comfortable, happy to be in the villa alone or when we are sat outside late at night. We’ve only stayed twice at this villa but it really feels like a home from home. The location is great, we rent cars from Autoreisen that you collect at the airport but it is close enough to walk into the town, there’s a taxi rank on the main road right outside the villa complex, extremely cheap to get around, less than €6 to get to Marina Rubicon. We paid to have the pool heated, definitely needed in December, although it was still 23-25 degrees whilst we were there, the wind can pick up so it’s nice to take the chill off the water. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and an en suite, two bedrooms both have two single beds and share the main bathroom, and the front bedroom is a huge triple room with 3 single beds that can be pushed together to make a double and one single, and also has an en suite, great sized indoor dining area, living room and kitchen, and the dining table outside is also i large area, with electric points outside. Loads of room for all the sun beds and also a shower outside at the side of the pool. Happy holidays to the next family staying there and we can’t wait to return.

Stayed at villa Blackrock end September for 10 days. Lovely spacious villa. Lovely warm pool and terrace. About 30 min stroll into the centre. Owners very easy to contact and very helpful. Watch out for the three legged cat! Overall a lovely holiday.

Myself and my husband took our 3 daughters, 3 son in laws and little grand daughter to this villa, we were amazed how much room we all had, the villa was modern, clean and had everything we could possibly need, I would definitely recommend this villa for anyone wanting a family holiday 10/10.

Beautiful villa, home from home as has everything you need.so comfy and beautifully presented in and outside with a stunning pool. Private villa in enclosed complex of other villas to very safe and secure. Place so nice we came back 2nd time and will come back again .even reuinited with our 3 leg pussy cat again who's a star. Also not far from main stretch in front of beach etc... ( 15min walk , 1 mile away ). Thank you xx

Its not often that you arrive at a Villa that delivers exactly what is written on the tin. But Villa Black Rock is a fantastic villa with everything a family could need and it has the added bonus of constant sunshine. Julie was brilliant with the welcome pack and upon arrival it was easy to find our way around town. very secure.
