This was a last minute (literally) booking for us, as the owner of the villa we had booked cancelled on us 3 days before departing. Paul was very fast in responding to our questions and thankfully we went ahead. Bay View is an excellent villa, the heated pool, the 3 on suite rooms and the kids (if you can call 19, and 16yr olds kids now) really loved the Netflix and internet speeds. I would recommend a car if you are staying here as it is a bit of a walk into town but apart from that the villa exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended. Family of 4.

We love staying at bay view villa. The modern villa has excellent views and is in an ideal location. Bay view is kept clean and has all amenities needed for long stay. We have stayed several times before and will keep coming back. The owner and management team are delight to deal with and are very helpful.

Lovely , clean, modern villa. Great views and lovely warm pool. Very well equipped and had everything we could ever need. Light and bright, spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and ample living space. The owner was very helpful and provided all the information we needed. A very enjoyable stay and we would certainly recommend and like to return!

We had a great stay at Bay View Villa. The elevated position and landscaping gives a nice view all across Playa Blanca from the pool deck. The pool was nicely heated, making it pleasant to swim. The pool cover was easy to remove and replace, and the pool was cleaned twice during our stay. The deck area was great, with comfortable sun beds and loads of seating, either in the sun or in the shade if you wanted. The deck was bigger than I expected meaning it caught the sun all day long which was a bonus. There was a built in barbecue although we didn’t use it. Inside, the villa was well equipped, well furnished and deceptively spacious. The kitchen appliances were modern and in great condition. The sofa in the lounge felt fairly new, and was comfortable. The three en-suite bedrooms are comfortable although we only used one, the master suite which had its own lounge and large screen TV. The gated off street parking was a bonus. Communication from the owner was comprehensive and timely!from our first enquiry, which we appreciate. Overall, we had a great stay and we were very pleased without choice. Thanks for having us!

Firstly the place was clean and well equipped,beds comfortable. No basic information, although I was told was given all the information I needed previously. We booked this on basis of heated pool I didn't expect to be a sauna but sea was a lot warmer. Note we have stopped in villas before with heated pools and never this cool. Dark uninviting very poor lighting throughout very dated spent most time out as didn't want to be there. Fridge inside rack cracked and sellotaped up?? TV has a fair amount of channels but constantly drops out every 5 minutes or so. Outside chairs again dated and worn-out not comfortable to be out there Overall depressing.

Lovely spacious villa situated in a quiet part of Playa Blanca, with great views of the town towards the sea. Villa is well maintained and equipped with good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Outside area is lovely and gets the sun all day. Lanzarote was very quiet when we were there due to Covid 19 but we felt very safe with all shops, restaurants and cafes doing their bit to keep customers safe while social distancing. It is well worth hiring a car so you can get around the island and visit all the lovely and interesting places - underground caves and quiet little fishing villages - as well as the fantastic beaches.

The booking process was really easy - great service from Paul and the villa managers, who went out of their way to help and accommodate us before and during our stay. We particularly appreciated the welcome pack of food supplies upon arrival! The Villa is beautiful, with lots of space and every bedroom has a good sized ensuite, which was brilliant. It was just as it is in the pictures. The pool is a lovely size and the outside area is really well maintained - the whole villa was immaculate. We chose not to hire a car. It is about a 20 minute walk to the nearest supermarket and there is a great selection of restaurants on the beachfront which is about a 45 minute walk away. There is a great waterpark just down the road (Aqualava) which we really enjoyed. There are taxi ranks and bus stops fairly near the villa and there is a good bike/moped hire shop in the centre too.

We have spent a wonderful Christmas and New Year break at Bayview Villa. The accomodation was presented to a very high standard. The owner has considered all possible needs and the fast wifi was particularly appreciated by our teenage children. The heated pool and views from the outside terrace were really the highlight of the accomodation for us. During our stay we had our bed linen / towels changed and the pool cleaned (twice!). We would recommend this villa to families who wish to enjoy a relaxing holiday, away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre. It is located in a quiet residential area about 25 minutes walk away from the nearest beach - not a problem if you enjoy walking. We completed several walking tours of the resort during our stay. The proximity of the nearby Montana Roja volcano also added an interesting trip location, as we were able to easily access its crater rim via the path ways at the end of the road that the villa was located on. A trip highlight, if you have not been before, is the tour of Timanfya National park, which includes a bus tour around the volcanic peaks and a demonstration of the underground heat that formed the surrounding landscape.

We have just returned from a terrific stay where we really enjoyed the area and the wonderful location of the villa. The layout is excellent with a fantastic master bedroom suite and plenty of space for our guests to enjoy as well. The outside area is marvellous with great views towards playa blanca and papagayo and we had a good time in the warm pool as well. Recommend the villa to anyone who enjoys being away from the noise and bustle of the town and likes a little bit of luxury with a view.
