Privately owned, not a company. Great for young families.

Bedroom one is a family suite with king size bed, wood cot, a comfy chair bed ( new as of March 2022) and a single bed ( up a couple of steps so not in main room) with en-suite shower room, toiletries included.
2nd bedroom is a double with doors leading to pool
( ideal for grandparents!)
Large wardrobe spaces with plenty of hangers in both rooms.
Shutters to both bedrooms allowing fresh air and security.
fitted kitchen, fully equipped for your stay.
Large bright sitting room.
Telescope to star gaze.
The private pool can be heated (between mid October and April) and has a removable gating system for the safety of young children
There is a grassed area in the garden and plenty of areas to sit.

Wow, just wow. Casa Chancla is incredible.
If you get the chance to stay at Casa Chancla then do so. As everyone says, this truly is a home from home. You have everything you need to arrive, unpack and relax. The house is soooo comfortable and well equipped. We were fortunate to spend three weeks here recently and it was so relaxing. We completely chilled out and just had the most amazing time in the lovely warm climate, being able to spend time at the villa unwinding and then visiting the many lovely places to see on Lanzarote. An absolutely fantastic holiday. Thank you so much.

Superb!!!!!
SUPERB!!
Me, my husband and our two children 3 and 4 spent a week at the villa over Christmas and it was The most amazing place to spend Christmas as a family, an absolutely delightful home from home ! Attention to detail is second to none and everything has been thought of.
There are toys for the children, outdoor games, a secure / fenced of pool for price of mind, lounging space, bathing space, breakfast space and bbq space all outdoors! The inside of beautifully decorated and very comfortable, everything you need to cook.
There are supermarkets 2 minutes away and the playa Blanca town just a 15 minute walk with many bars abd restaurants. It’s also only a 10 minute walk to the water park which is great!
Look forward to returning :-)

If we could give Casa Chancla more than 5 stars we would.....
We stayed in Casa Chancla in April/May this year and had the most amazing and relaxing holiday ever. You want for nothing when you are here so you can start relaxing straight away. The house is lovely, beautifully decorated and furnished. Soooo much thought and effort has been put into making your stay comfortable. Welcome pack in kitchen so you can get a cuppa as soon as you arrive, and other goodies in the fridge too. Toiletries provided in the bathrooms, lovely soft towels, and flipflops provided. The kitchen has everything you could possible need, etc etc. I could write a whole review just listing everything that has been thought of to help you relax and enjoy your break. The garden and the pool are a great place to just chill, and you can either continue chilling by having an evening by the pool, or there are so many great places to go and eat very close by, either a walk into Playa Blanca or a short drive away. Thank you so much Jacqui and Adam, your place is wonderful and we had a fantastic holiday. We would love to book again at some point. For anyone reading this review, the five star reviews are all completely justified so don't think, just book !

Perfect baby friendly villa
We stayed as a family of three (one being a 10 month old baby) at Casa Chancla for a week and it was simply amazing. The house was immaculate (and smelled incredible!) and had absolutely everything you'd think of needing for a holiday rental plus so much more. We couldn't believe how well stocked the place was, even having games, pool and beach toys, and every kitchen and bathroom amenity you'd think to need. It was very baby friendly too, with safety fencing around the pool, a beautiful wooden cot, and a high chair. There's a lot of well thought-out, useable space at Casa Chancla, and we had an amazing holiday lounging in the calming outdoors space while our daughter played with the big basket of baby toys. The welcome basket and fridge goodies were much appreciated too. Thank you so much Jac!

Very good
Stayed here in 2021 and returned again in 2022.
Lovely accommodation, very clean and everything you could want for a holiday.
The complex is very quiet in a location about 20 minutes walk to all the bars and restaurants on the sea front.
Jac was very helpful in all aspects when booking and gave us plenty of advise and help regarding local amenities etc.
We will certainly return.

Beautiful and relaxing holiday at casa chancla
We stayed with our two children and my sister at casa chancla for two weeks in august.
Its a lovely place at lanzarote island. Everything there you needed. Especially for the kids there are many things that the time flys so quickly like games and sport activities.
There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Enough for 5 people.
Also in the kitchen there is anything you needed for cooking.
The villa and the garden too is lovely decorated. Very comfortable.
The pool is a highlight too.
The sunbed in the garden is a nice place to relax.
It was the best vacation home where we were.
Many thanks for the starter pack at the beginning to Yac.
Hope to stay here again.

A lovely spacious villa
As soon as we walked on to the villa we pleasantly surprised.
It was finished to a high standard and nicely decorated.
The finishing touches made all the difference.
We had a holiday to remember!

Very nice accomodation
Very nice property, very clean, it has got everything you need for a nice holiday. The complex is very quiet and the location is good. It is probably about 20-25 minutes walk to the seafront.
The only thing I would prefer to improve the accommodation would be the added security of a safe, but it would not stop me from booking again.
Jac y was very good to deal with and responded very quickly to any queries we had.

Beautiful Villa
Superb villa with so much attention to detail. A real home from home.
All quality finishings, that have been carefully chosen to make your stay special.
Comfy furniture inside and out.
Beds are such good quality and so comfy.
Outdoor space carefully planned to compliment your stay, the heated pool is the icing on the cake.
We are already planning our next visit.
