Beautiful Oceanview apartment with all the luxury you wish. Large cosy balcony, totally private, where you can relax and enjoy the sun or the shade. (Electric sunscreen). The spectaculair views of ships coming in and out from the harbour are fabulous.
When you enter the apartment, you will find the bedroom on your left and the bathroom on your right. When go further you are in the spacious livingroom with a (dining) table with 4 chairs, L shape comfortable sofa, Tv with international channels and video on demand. Free WIFI provided. Next to the bathroom is the kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, 4 pits hob, toaster, kettle, enough pots & pans, plates and glasses. For your cup of coffee you can use the Nespresso coffee machine.

IF YOU LIKE TO MAKE A BOOKING PLEASE TELL US SOMETHING ABOUT YOURSELF. Not suitable for party people. The apartment is in a very nice small building, with a lovely entrance. To respect the other owners it is not allowed loud music after 11 in the evening. Your small pet (dog) is very welcome. (We have also 3 dogs.) You can walk for hours here. No barking..Smoking is allowed on the terrace. If you use airco close windows and doors. Do not use the awning when it is windy. Thanks!!!

"Perfect Apartment - what a find!"
I am not one for writing reviews ordinarily but feel compelled to write a first review when I have found such a wonderful property. Other reviews have said the photos do not do the property justice. This is so true; the proportions of the rooms, the lovely décor and the spectacular views of the harbour are a real treat. The amenities are great with many extra touches such as a welcome pack (including chocolate and bubbly) and lots of items you don’t need to buy such as washer tablets, tin foil, cling film etc etc. Topped by a warm welcome from a local host and an attentive owner, it’s the first time I’ve thought there is nothing (yes nothing!) I would change; this was just a perfect holiday location!

My husband and I stayed for 1 week in October. The apartment is very modern, clean, comfortable and homely. The owner kindly left some drink and treats for our arrival which we really enjoyed! The balcony view is stunning and as soon as I woke each morning I couldn’t wait to get outside with a coffee to enjoy watching the boats coming in and out. The location is ideal, near all the shops & restaurants you could want and walks along the promenade to get to multiple local beaches. Overall staying at here gave us what we needed, a good relax with fabulous sea views, I really do recommend.

Fabulous Apartment
This is a really nice apartment, in a very good location with a view from the balcony straight out to see, and over the promenade. The apartment is very well furnished and is managed really well with lots of good communication from the agents.
I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it.

Mein Mann und ich durften von Ende April bis Anfang Mai 10 Tage in diesem Appartment verbringen und wir haben jeden einzelnen Tag unglaublich genossen.
Dieses Appartment ist das beste von allen, was wir jemals gebucht haben.
Wenn man diese Wohnung betritt, fühlt man sich sofort wohl und heimisch, abgerundet wird es durch ein Willkommengeschenk (Sekt und Schokolade), das für den Gast bereit steht.
Die Aufteilung der Räume ist einfach genial, Badezimmer mit großer begehbarer Dusche, großes Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und Wohlfühl-Lounge und TV (deutsche Sender vorhanden).
Die Küche ist mit allem (wirklich allem) sehr gut ausgestattet. Man findet alles vor, sei es auch nur Kleinigkeiten wie z.B. Spülmittel,Waschmaschinentabs oder Spülmaschinentabs, es ist wirklich alles vorhanden.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist dieser große Balkon mit der grandiosen Aussicht auf den kleinen Hafen und Fuerteventura, unglaublich schön.
Der Balkon ist ausgestattet mit 3 Sitzmöglichkeiten, 2 Liegen und Markise.
Die Vermierterin hat wirklich an alles gedacht, was einen Urlaubhier perfekt macht.
Wir beide haben den Auffenthalt hier sehr genossen und es sehr bedauert, dass wir nur 10 Tage gebucht haben.
Ich möchte mich bei der Vermierterin ganz herzlich für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub in Ihrem Appartment bedanken und wir werden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen.

Just perfect
I am reluctant to write a review for fear of not being able to re-book this apartment! It is just lovely, with breathtaking views of the sea and the harbour at Playa Blanca. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean and well equipped including air con, satelite TV, WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine and full size oven etc.
Beds are large singles, situated together and very comfortable. Shower has good pressure with continuous hot water. In fact, I could not fault this apartment, the owner has thought of most everything you could need, including needle and thread!
The agents, Linda and Raquel were charming and very helpful. We have spent a wonderful week here and will hopefully be re-booking for next year.

Fantastic views
This apartment has to be seen to be appreciated you really feel you need to go back on an evening and watch the sun go down and have a drink none of the bars or restaurants have this view.The beds are really comfy to.

Great Apartment with Beautiful Sea Views
This is a lovely, bright, roomy and well maintained apartment. It’s entrance is off the main pedestrianised street of Playa Blanca, but it was not at all noisy. There are beautiful views over the old harbour from the large terrace. The ferries and some harbour building work provided some background noise, but it was not intrusive. The location is perfect for the wide range of restaurants and shops found on the seafront.
The local agent Linda, was friendly and helpful and one or two nice touches eg a small bottle of cava and some snacks were welcoming.
This is the best apartment we have stayed in in Playa Blanca and we’re happy to recommend to others.

In der Wohnung gibt es wirklich alles, was man sich in den Ferien wünscht
Die Wohnung ist sehr ästhetisch eingerichtet. Schöne, entspannungsfreundliche Bilder die wunderbar ausgeleuchtet sind. Dazu auch eine Karte der Insel an der Wand, die die Planung der Ausflüge erleichtert. Die Küche ist ausgezeichnet eingerichtet, sogar mit schneidenden Messern ;-).
Zur Begrüssung gibts eine Flasche Wasser, Schöggeli und sogar ein kaltgestelltes "Piccolo". Auch liegen ausreichend Handtücher und sogar Strandtücher bereit.
Gaaanz tolle Wohnung mit sehr freundlicher Nachbarin.
