The apartment has 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds) but the 4th bedroom will only be open to guests if the group is more than 6 people.

Nevertheless, all the other areas (Kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and the large Living Room) will be available in any option, and the apartment will be (in all cases) only for you because we will not book bedrooms for more than one group of guests at the same time. You will be the only group of people staying in the apartment.
A big kitchen and a 90 Square meters Living room where you can enjoy the Sea views and City Park's gardens. Clean bath towels, Linen, and tableware are included and the kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, stove, oven, fridge, toaster, and kettle, and all you need to prepare your own meals. We do not supply Beach Towels.
The apartment also has free wireless fiber internet (100Mbps) and an underground parking garage for 2 cars. 40" LED TV with cable channels. We do not supply cooking products such as salt, sugar, oil, and others mainly for hygienic reasons. You can use the washing machine, dishwasher, and Espresso Coffee Machine, but we do not provide the products for them.
Just 15 minutes by car from the Airport and 10 minutes by car to Porto's city center. The bus stops at the door and line 500 will take you 25 minutes in the center of Porto for € 1.85 per person. and the drive is beautiful along the promenade and the Douro. Metro at 800 meters (10 minutes Walk) that will take you to all areas of Porto. Lots of Restaurants and Bars in the area and the Supermarket is named "Pingo Doce" at 250 meters. The Beach is just 200 meters with a well-known Surf Spot. The green lungs of the city. Parque da Cidade has 83 hectares of green areas, footpaths, and varied sports equipment, it is the largest park in Porto. It is a pleasant place with about 10 km of paths and rich and varied fauna and flora. Finish your day eating a Francesinha in Edifício Transparente, watching local surfers, or visiting the Lota de Matosinhos and having some charcoal-grilled fish or some shellfish.
Late check-in is acceptable until 01:00 a.m. Late check-out is possible if we don't have new guests on the same day.
IMPORTANT: We don't accept groups of friends younger than 30 years old and we don't allow parties in the apartment.

What a great apartment! Large enough to accommodate all of our extended family very comfortably and with space to spare. Equally as important was the feeling of comfort, homliness, as well as a sparkling of glamour.
Breath taking views of the ocean are unbeatable.
Beach a casual 5 minute stroll, made location for our grandchildren. All the shops and restaurants you will need are also within a 5-10 minute range.
The owners Joao and Christina organised our airport transfer and were at the property to welcome us.As a consequence every part of the holiday went smoothly

Matosinhos and Porto have something for everybody and we will be going back soon.

Lovely apartment with fantastic views
We stayed in Cristina and John wonderful apartment for a week with family and it was ideal. Extremely spacious, wonderful views and great location. Would highly recommend.

Real cozy apartment. Will return.
John was waiting for us until late at night to give us the keys. We felt really welcomed in their cozy and artsy flat. Eveything was like mentioned in the flat description. If you want to go surfing, this is the perfect location for you, as surfing school and beach are just 5 min walking distance.

Spacious Apartment with a Great View
We have stayed in the apartment as a group of friends on a number of occasions. It's a great space for a group as the living area is very spacious. We have found the owners to be very reliable and friendly. It's a very short walk to the beach and there is a nice supermarket less than 5 mins away. Highly recommended.

Nice Condo
The condo was as described and pictures were accurate. The area is very nice with the ocean and excellent fresh fish restaurant. We were there for one week and my 80 year old mom was with us. It happened to be cold and houses there normally don't have heating but there were couple of portable heaters that kept my mom warm. The kitchen was adequately equipped. The owners were very nice a friendly, they were waiting for us in the condo and they let us check in sooner that the normal check in time. grocery store is just a block away with take out food available., however the restaurants are nice and affordable so we mostly eat out. Its very easy to catch the bus to center of Porto or to the shopping center. We really enjoyed our stay in Cristina and John place.

Necesita una pequeña mejora
Apartamento con gran salón con una gran cristalera con vistas al mar. Cocina grande, habitaciones espaciosas. Los baños necesitan actualizarse (grifos y tapas del inodoro muy viejos y deteriorados). Wifi mal funcionamiento. No había sábanas ni toallas de repuesto. Con una pequeña inversión, estaría mucho mejor.

Agradecemos sus comentarios. Vamos a cambiar los grifos y tapas del inodoro tan pronto como nuestro apartamento está vacante. No entendemos las quejas sobre la wi-fi. Hicimos pruebas después de su salida y todo está bien (con medición de 16 Megabytes de velocidad real). Y las decenas de personas que fueron alojados anteriormente no mencionaron qualquer problema. Saludos.

Een ruim overcompleet appartement met een fantastisch uitzicht
Het appartement voldoet aan alle verwachtingen die de foto's scheppen. Het is ruim, van alle gemakken voorzien met een prachtig uitzicht op zee.
De bus stopt voor de deur en met lijn 500 ben je in een kwartiertje midden in Porto voor € 1,85 pp. en de rit is prachtig langs de boulevard en de Douro. Met een auto kom je in het oude stadsdeel niet ver; bijna alles eenrichtingverkeer en parkeren is er niet zo gemakkelijk.
Het openbaar vervoer is goed en niet duur.
De eigenaars zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Zeker een aanrader!!!

A very comfortable appartment on a beautiful location
Once again we had a wonderful time in this large four-bedroom apartment. The
benevolent ribbon windows overlook the Parque da Cidade and the
Atlantic Ocean. The old fishing village Matosinhos with very good and
inexpensive restaurants is at walking distance. Matosinhos is the
hometown of Portugal’s most prominent modern-day architect: Álvaro
Siza Vieira. The village houses a couple of his early works, such as
the Boa Nova tea house and a swimming pool overlooking the sea at Leça
de Palmeira. But the metropolis of Porto is not far away. The metro
line takes less than half an hour to reach the city center with its
broad vistas, small alleys in the medieval town called Ribeira and its
wonderful bridges over the river Douro. Porto, a city to fall in love
with. And like us, you will return.

Next to Porto's City Park and Just 15 minutes by car from the Airport and 10 minutes by car from Porto's city center.
Metro at 800 meters (10 minutes Walk) that will take to all sides of Porto. (Matosinhos Sul Station). Metro every 10 minutes during the day and every 15 minutes during the night.
Turistic bus /yellow bus) just at 300 meters from the apartment can quickly take you the most important attractions in Porto.
Having lunch or dinner in Matosinhos and Leça da Palmeira has become a habit, for everyone who lives, works or visits these cities, whether it is done with the family, or in business, politics, tourism or even to socialize with friends. This city has become a gastronomical icon, where fish and seafood are trademarks of its restaurants, regardless of time, budget and demand.
Even though meat isn’t forgotten (old recipes are still in use: stewed, roasted, boiled, with vegetables, potatoes, beans; or with new recipes), fish has become a special attraction, for its variety, freshness, and quality, explained by the nearness of the sea and the fish market.
