The Gladiolo apartments are part of a small complex consisting of 8 apartments, it can host up to 30 people. You will spend some great days enjoying the peace of nature and magnificent views of the Tuscan hills of the Val di Cecina.
The village is nestled in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, situated on a hill, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. It is located a few kilometers from the Etruscan Coast, with sandy beaches and clear from here you can plan several excursions to parks, protected areas, nature reserves and wildlife refuges. A few miles you can visit the cities of Riparbella, Bolgheri, Volterra, Pisa, Siena and Florence.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers, a swing, an hammock and an external shower. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof and by gazebos. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the Tuscan hills of the Cecina Valley and of the greenery. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from mid-May until the end of September.
Patio
The patio is 2000 square meters (21500 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch and by trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs and a wooden gazebo. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. The patio is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.
Garden
You will be able to reach the garden from the swimming pool area. It is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas and an hammock. In the garden you will find a children's playground. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the garden you will enjoy a pleasant view of the valley. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room

The patio is 6 square meters (65 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch made of stone. It is equipped with a table and chairs.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the porch through three French doors.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
First FloorBedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room climbing 12 steps. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed).
