This is a beautiful ground floor, 1 bedroomed (sleeps 4), air conditioned villa, situated on a very attractive domain of modern apartments and houses. It has lovely views of the Mediterranean and the bays of St Raphael and Frejus. The open plan living area of the property has two sofas with a coffee table and dining table. A set of French doors lead from the lounge to the enclosed garden and terrace. There is an electric BBQ and a table and chairs for your use. Alternatively you may wish to use the fully equipped American style kitchen, which includes oven and hob, dishwasher and a fridge freezer.

Perfect home for small family

Spacefull home with absolute perfect garden and seaview Pool only 100m from your home and the complete resort is very clean (including swimming pool)

About the neighborhood

The sprawling Roman town of Fréjus is about 15 minutes drive away with long beautiful beaches and nestled up beside it is St Raphael, a large seaside town with excellent shops, restaurants and bars. Nearby, there’s also a marina and a large water park that is perfect for a family day out. 20 minutes drive away is Ste Maxime, a Mediterranean seaside town with white sandy beaches along the coast and the forested hills of the Maures providing a wonderful backdrop. Just about every kind of summer sport you can imagine is available here – from swimming and sailing to scuba diving. There are plenty of golf courses in the area. The development itself is surrounded by the Golf de Roquebrune, an 18 hole golf course with stunning views.
