Segovia Studio Units is a newly renovated house approximately 6 minutes away form San Juan International Airport. It is comprised of 3 independent studio units and 2 independent two bedroom units. This unit is a small, cozy & furnished Studio. Beaches and tourist attractions are just 10 minutes away driving. Being located in an urban area we prefer guest that respect a quiet neighborhood.

Very nice setup with individual access, off-street parking, and great owner.
Quick access to airport. Good neighborhood. Well done remodeling into studios with controlled access and security. Eduardo's a real good guy, loved talking to him.

Beyond Expectations
Thank you for a wonderful stay. You were so helpful. Felt secure for the entire stay. The units are close to everything just a 15 mins drive. The owner provide so much assistance it was unbelievable, he went above and beyond. Will definately recommend segovia unit to everyone. Its a perfect place for a get away.

Really nice and cozy!
The studio was very pretty, cozy, and had all the necessary amenities (fridge and microwave). Decoration was very modern and the bathroom was beautiful! A little slippery in the shower, but adding a few non-slip bath treads can solve the problem very easily. The bathroom sink was really cute. Bed was very comfortable and we also loved the comfort of a nice TV with cable and the Wifi availability. Loved that it was very close to many places to eat.
