There were nice touches like fresh flowers. The furnishings had seen better days and not very comfortable. The crockery was chipped and the mugs were tea stained and not easy to clean! The bathrooms could do with grab handles as my husband did not find it easy to climb in and out of bath for a shower also a shower curtain would be an asset. Wifi was very slow and in the evenings wouldn't connect!!
Having said all that we had a lovely week in Heacham and would certainly visit the area again.
The reason I wouldn't recommend this property is solely because for elderly people it really is not easy to use bath and the rugs on the floors are a slip hazard as my husband found out!
