Villa
Villamar is a detached villa in cozy San Pedro del Pinatar, just 700 meters from Playa El Castillico and many restaurants. The villa has a spacious terrace with a private swimming pool (which can be heated between April and October), a roof terrace, three spacious bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. WiFi, aircon and heating are available in the entire house. There are several items for children available, like a stair gate, baby bed, high chair, car seat and many board games. The TV in the living room has many Flemish and some Dutch, English, German and French TV channels. It has Chromecast as well and a possibility to log in to Netflix (on your own account).

Magnífico alojamiento
Espectacular alojamiento para pasar unos días en familia. A la casa no le falta un detalle para disfrutar con tranquilidad. Playa del Mar Menor cerquita, las del Mar Mayor (en coche o bici) también. Los niños disfrutaron mucho de la piscina. Tanto la propietaria como la persona que nos recibió son encantadoras.
Sin duda, repetiremos.

Comfortable stay in well positioned Villa
We arrived at the end of March and left at the end of May. The Villa was very comfortable with all the equipment you would need. We found the beach front, town of San Pedro Del Pinatar and the Dos Mares Shopping Centre easily reachable on foot.
The rooms are adequately sized with plenty of storage space. The bathrooms were fine and the showers well powered and hot.
We were very well looked after by Allyssa and Diego who were managing the property.
When we arrived the pool temperature was only 16 degrees and with our grandson coming to stay and looking forward to using the pool we requested that the advertised pool heater be turned on. This was done but with the warning that we could incur additional costs as our energy consumption could exceed our 30 kph limit. Needless to say we turned the heater off after 10 days and the pool retained heat and we were able to use it for the rest of our stay without further heating. Our final energy usage was well under the limit imposed.
The property does have some issues with staining on the ceiling and wall in the front top bedroom which supported by the smell suggests a damp problem. Similarly the front downstairs bedroom and bathroom smelt damp and we had to wipe mould off the front corners of the bedroom. Wifi was slow at times which was a little frustrating and one saucepan and the kettle need renewing.
Overall we had a lovely stay which was quiet and relaxing.

Villa situé à proximité de la
Plage et du centre commerciale . Idéal pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis. Un véhicule est nécessaire pour se déplacer sur des belles plage.
