Precioso piso a pie de playa, en la mejor zona de Somo y con todas sus comodidades, bares ,supermercados, farmacias, tiendas, las mejores escuelas de surf etc. Si quieres olvidarte de coger coche lo puedes dejar en su garaje privado de 25m2 para poder meter tu coche, bicis, tablas etc. tenemos un lavabo comunitario con una manguera para poder lavar tus tablas y trajes de la sal antes de guardarlas. Puedes usar el barquito para pasar a Santander sin necesidad de meterte con el coche.
Piso con tres dormitorio, con 2 camas de matrimonio y la tercera habitación con dos camitas de 90. Todas las habitaciones con sus armarios. Cocina comedor con todos los utensilios que tendrías en tu casa ya que esto consiste en que te encuentres como en casa,
