Cuidado con la fianza. No la devuelven
Precioso apartamento: dueños impresentables, no devolvieron fianza de 250 euros por motivos de limpieza y sin demostrar ningún desperfecto, aprovechándose de mi enfermedad y que por supuesto en aquel momento no iba a denunciar. Cosa que si haré ahora que tengo más fuerza. No reserven!!!

A very tranquil holiday with great food and wine.
An outstanding attic apartment. It has a lift so no worries about stairs. Private parking. The attic patio over looks the street and is very spacious. It is situated in the older part of the town with cafes, bars and restaurants on it's doorstep. Vegetable shop, butchers and fish shop on the same street.
The facilities in the apartment are excellent especially the smart tv and wifi.

Increíble Ático en pleno centro de Laredo
Este ático es espectacular. Es un piso muy amplio, muy bien equipado y con vistas increíble al centro de Laredo.
Las personas que lo gestionan son encantadores y el servicio muy bueno.
Repetiremos sin duda!!

Apartamento con mucho encanto
Hemos pasado unos días estupendos. La casa súper bonita y muy limpia. Ya tiene ascensor, lo cual se agradece porque es un cuarto piso.
Tanto Begoña, la persona que cuida y limpia la casa, como Francisco José, el dueño, son muy profesionales y atentos. Además, pudimos llevarnos al perrito, que también ha disfrutado lo suyo.
Sin duda, volveremos de nuevo.

Brilliant Brilliant Brilliant
From booking I have been contacted re what to expect upon arrival and given numbers and contacts...Christina met us outside the apartment and answered any queries....the apartment is just as it shown in the photos it is nicely decorated it is immaculately clean and has everything you need for your stay .....right in the heart af Laredo a beautiful beach town in Cantabria ....motorway links take you to Bilbao and Santander easily......restaurants shops all close by ....thank you for a lovely stay in your Attic apartment

Wonderful stay
The apartment is simply amazing, honestly when I booked it I didn't expect it to look like in the pictures (you know, after traveling for a while you learn not rise up your expectations) but I must say that when I got there I was stunned, it looked even better than in the pictures, everything was so pleasantly clean, and left as if it said "welcome to the beginning of your holidays", we had everything we might need and the owners were wonderful. I had never met such a dedicated people, they attended to every single of our requests and took care of it, they made sure we were fine and enjoying our stay in every moment, just a simple phone call and they would provide you any kind of information you need. Definitely that kind of professional treatment does not come with the price of the apartment and it's a great extra.
Moreover, the location of the building enabled us to walk anywhere in town and have everything without the need of a car.
No doubt it was one of the times I enjoyed the most my visit to Spain

Apartamento precioso
Hemos pasado unas vacaciones fantásticas en este apartamento.
Está situada en el mismo centro, cerca de todo y muy cerca de la playa. Nos resultó comodísimo.
Dimos paseos increíbles por la playa, que es fantástica.
Además, el ático es precioso, amplísimo y con mucho encanto.
Repetiremos seguro cuando volvamos a Laredo.

Appartement de rêve près du centre et de la plage
Appartement magnifique décoré avec beaucoup de gout, spacieux et lumineux. La terrasse, avec sa jolie vue, nous a beaucoup plu aussi. Le grand plus, c'est qu'il est situé près de tout, notamment de la plage de sable fin à seulement quelques minutes à pied. Appartement que nous recommandons très fortement si vous êtes de passage à Laredo!

Confortable
Lo primero que quiero aclarar es que es un ático (4º alto) sin ascensor actualmente.
Lo demás la verdad es que todo ha sido positivo.
El alojamiento además de vistoso es muy confortable, cama de 2x2 muy cómoda, cocina con mucho menaje, gran terraza que apenas disfrutamos por la lluvia.
Muy recomendable.
