Nada recomendable
El apartamento se nota que no esta preparado para el alquiler. En los mas de 100€ diarios que cobran por día, como mínimo tendria que estar limpio el apartamento,ya que eso es de las pocas cosas que esta especificada. Estaba muy descuidado, por no hablar de la falta de higiene de las fundas de los colchones y las almohadas. Tampoco explican que para poner una lavadora hay que subir a una terraza superior por una escalera de caracol, la cual no es accesible para todo el mundo. La terraza no se puede usar hasta las 6 de la tarde, ya que carece de toldos y el calor insoportable (incluso dentro del apartamento). En la cocina no caben 2 personas y no tiene lavavajillas, lo cual no se hace nada llevadero para estar una quincena de vacaciones. Pero lo mas importante de todo es la FALTA DE LIMPIEZA Y DESCUIDO. Mas de 100€ diarios!!!!! Carísimo para lo que te encuentras.

Pasado un año, vamos a contestar con una sola palabra: INSUFRIBLES. La persona que alquilo el apartamento no dio la cara nunca ni se comunicó directamente, las señoras que accedieron al apartamento comenzaron a realizar exigencias desmesuradas e irrazonables simplemente por que les dio la gana. Cambiar la lavadora de sitio, instalar un aire acondicionado, que el descodificador de tv no funcionaba... cualquier cosa que les pasaba por la cabeza les servía de excusa para formalizar una queja. Me hizo especial gracia el tema del aire acondicionado, ya que cuando les comenté que en anuncio figura bien claro que no está disponible su respuesta fue: “me extraña que mi hijo alquilase un apartamento sin aire”. Pues igual señora no se leyó el anuncio. En resumen, a los propietarios por favor NO LES ALQUILEN, se ahorrarán muchos dolores de cabeza y malos comentarios en la app maliciosos, falsos y con ganas de perjudicar.

Fabulosas vacaciones, apartamento bonito, bien situado y equipado, propietario afable y con muy buena comuncación. Altamente recomendable para pasar unos dias de descanso y de relax.

Perfecto para ir con niños.
Hemos estado 8 días en Agosto y fenomenal. El apartamento muy equipado, la ubicación perfecta, enfrente de la playa, al lado de restaurantes, del puerto, con muchas actividades para hacer con los niños.
