La Ca Gianca e' una casa tipica situata in un borgo storico di nome Perlezzi .... Le origini di questo borgo risalgono al x secolo e il ripopolamento e l aspetto attuale e invece datato 1700 con l avvento dei monaci benedettini dell abazia di S. Colombano di Bobbio . Le antiche case ora in pietra viva ora intonacate conservano i pavimenti e gli architravi in castagno di cui i boschi circostanti sono rigogliosi e pieni ... a due passi dal mare Perlezzi conserva ancora il suo carattere di paese dedito agli orti e alla coltivazione di frutteti . A pochi chilometri inerpicandosi per il sentiero che parte dal Monastero si arriva alla Malga di Perlezzi dove laghi montani e pascoli rigogliosi formavano un tempo la più grande adunanza di allevamenti durante il periodo estivo ..... di ottimo pregio i formaggi di malga e i prodotti tipici della terra . Il Monte Aiona domina la valle che da Perlezzi discente al mare donando una fantastica vista sul golfo del Tigullio .. Ospitalità ,Cortesia e accoglienza tipica sono i punti di forza della nostra Ca Gianca ....
