What can I say, this place is fantastic.. ! We stayed for 2 weeks and were two families of 4 adults and 4 kids (aged 11-15). First of all the villa is exceptional. Everything from the beds, furniture, fittings, cleanliness, lights, towels, robes, slippers (yes, fresh slippers!), layout... it's all first class. There is plenty of room and everything is modern. Lovely big walk-in showers. There is a front patio and balcony, each with seating area and a view to die for. I will never forget that view! At the rear is an outdoor dining area with the most fantastic wood fired oven/bbq which you have to use. Just watch how it's done from the expert and off you go. Up to the next level is the heated pool with jacuzzi bubbles in one corner. The pool area has plenty of shade with gazebo and parasols and the like. Also a kitchen area with fridge, hob and sink as well as cutlery and plates, etc. The kids loved this area and would happily spend all day there. There are stairs to gradually enter the pool but there is no shallow end as such. It's an ideal size. I would happily do a few lengths in the morning! The jewel in the crown of this place is the owner, Bozena and her wonderful family. I have never experienced hospitality like this. She will welcome you personally with fresh food, fridges full of beers, home made pudding. She will help with everything you need... transport, car rental, trips out, food and much more besides. I strongly recommend her offer of a Croatian meal cooked on the fire by her wonderful father in law. I could talk to this guy all night. He is such a nice bloke with many a good story to tell. Watch how he cooks the meal on the fire then have a go yourself later on. Bozena herself is such a happy positive person and nothing is too much trouble. I could supply an endless list of good deeds and spontaneous acts of kindness by this lovely lady. You feel like she has been your friend for years.. ! The location is high up above Omis. From the town you work your way up a zig zag road to the villa. There are also footpaths (can be grassy and rocky) to shorten the route between the roads. The price to pay for amazing views is that you are high up! I've read some reviews that say you cannot survive without a car... well, we did. We used to walk down into town and get a taxi back up (about £8.70 for minibus for 8 of us). In two weeks there was only one day when the taxi wasn't available, so we just had to suck it up and walk up. No question, it's a bit of a hike. But all in all we didn't feel we missed out. However, if you decide you need a car the arrange through Bozena as she works for a car hire company. Omis itself is a lovely town with loads of lovely places to eat. Explore the many side streets with lots of hidden gems. 'Nina-ice' is one... oh, the ice cream! 😊 I would highly recommend the rafting trip organized by Bozena and also the zip wires.. ! The scenery is incredible around river Cetina and has to be seen. So, to conclude.... a wonderful villa in a wonderful location with a wonderful host. How can you better that? 😊😊

Well what to say about this gem of a property? If you are looking for a superb 4 bedroom villa with incredible sea and mountain views, outdoor and indoor cooking facilities, heated pool (with incredible views), fully air conditioned, stunning bathrooms and bedrooms then this is the place for you. My family of 6 stayed here for a week in July/early August and we had a wonderful time. We have had the privilege of visiting a lot of places and have stayed in some fantastic accommodation and this was definitely among the best we have stayed in. The villa is brand new (built 2018) by Bozena and her family. It is set over 3 levels with a beautiful 2 storey villa at the front and outdoor eating at the back (with a large open coal BBQ. Up some stone stairs takes you to the stunning heated pool and adjacent to this is another eating area and kitchenette all of which are tastefully covered over with a pergola. Up another small set of stone steps takes you to the lovely children's area with toys and a trampoline. There are then more steps that go towards the rear of the boundary which you can explore. Olive trees are all around this property. This property comfortably accommodated 6 of us but would easily accommodate more. This property has: -a safe -hairdryers (decent ones) and a set of straighteners (I didn't try these as i had bought my own, but they looked decent). -All BBQ tools and coals -bath towels AND pool towels -sufficient kitchen tools and equipment to cook plenty of meals if you self-cater -ice cube trays and cold water dispenser on fridge -fully air-conditioned throughout entire property -shampoos, conditioner and shower gel to get you started -tea and coffee facilities, including coffee machine -toastie maker (X 2) -oven and grill -dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer (with wash tabs/liquid provided) -stair gates (we didn't need them so they had been removed, but they are there) -parking facilities for up to 6 cars -shutters on all windows (which we used most nights) -extremely comfortable beds Bozena and her family could not do enough for us and nothing was too much trouble. You really feel as though you are being looked after and are treated as an extension to her family without being intruded on. We would recommend both trips-sailing and rafting which Bozena will talk to you about. Both trips are organised by her friends (Omis is a small town and everyone seems to know everyone, including Bozena!). I won't spoil this, but I can't see how anyone would be disappointed with either trip. Bozena speaks beautiful English and has a great sense of humour, she was great fun and cannot do enough for you to ensure that your holiday runs smoothly. Unless you have a car or are prepared to use taxis (no Uber's in Omis itself, but plenty in Split), then you will need to be fit to get up and down the mountain to the villa. We did this about 6 times throughout the week. You will need sturdy footwear (trainers are sufficient) and I personally would not recommend doing this with very small children. If you decide to use the road, it will take you far longer and there are very few pavements. We took the 'short cut' every time and it is steep and rocky and difficult with shopping (we only did this once!). Omis itself is lovely with small winding streets, plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants and is right near the sea. The nearest supermarket to the villa is about 10 minutes walk but we found was very limited so we used the 'Tommy' supermarkets in Omis town centre ( about 15 minute walk). We got an Uber from Split to Omis and is cost us 400HRK (£48 approx). From Omis to Split Airport (we used the same chap) was 700HRK (£84 approx). Local taxis in Omis ranged from about 70HRK-80HRK (£7-£8 approx) to get you back up the mountain to the accommodation. We used Josip several times, lovely English speaking chap working from Split. His number is 00385 092 3361 084.

Janet booked the villa for four of us for two weeks commencing 22nd June 2019. We were impressed from the start with a lovely welcome by Bocena ,she even showed us how to get the car up the steep drive ( easy once you approach it right). There was a great welcome pack with wine,beers in the fridge,biscuits,tea,coffee and lots of other treats to make us feel at home. It is a beautiful villa with everything you need and the location provides great views over the town and across to the island of Brac. The fittings and furniture are of a very high quality making you feel immediately comfortable and relaxed. Throughout our stay Bocena was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble, she helped us out on many occasions such as sorting out a parking fine for us and contacting a local garage to arrange a minor repair. She could not do enough for us, recommending restaurants, bars and organising two excellent day trips rafting and sailing, both of which we enjoyed enormously. She and Sveto also provided us with a lovely holiday memory by preparing a traditionally cooked Dalmatian meal. We cannot praise the owner or the villa enough and we would highly recommend others to sample the charm of this delightful villa and it’s equally delightful owner. Thank you!

We stayed at B2B villa with family (4 adults) for 2 weeks end of June-July 19. We were made to feel special by Bozena and family, they couldn't do enough for us starting with a welcome pack of basic essentials including beer and wine, booked trips for us and restaurants and even cooked us a traditional Croatian meal in the wood fired oven after one of the trips. The villa has everything you can think of to make it a home from home, there is a spectacular view from the villa, it is about 2 kilometres from the town so a car is essential. Our family of four(childen 12 and 15) spent one week in this beatiful villa on June 2019. Couldn’t hope for better place to relax. We read some nice reviews before and still we were surprised about almost everything. The villa was all we wanted. Even more. The lady in the house took very good care of us during the week. When we arrived on Saturday there was a bread and the apple pie just from oven waiting for us. Some snacks and wine also so we just begun to enjoy our holiday. In the middle of the week we had an honour to enjoy ”traditional dalmatian dinner” which was cooked for us at our villa. The lady in the house came to the villa her father-in-law who made the most delicious meal at villa’s grill. The view from the villa was breathtaking. We spent a lot of time at the balcony to admire the view. We also walked down(and back) to Omis a few times. Very good exercising for everyone. Also a trip up to the fort is quite hard but rewarding. For the groceries and other shopping we drove to Omis with a car we rent at the airport. We booked a car from Hertz and received brand new VW Golf. With full insurance the cost was about 250 euros per week. Plus the fuel of course. Less that one hours drive from airport. The drive along the coast itself was amazing. The traffic is quite different than in Finland but we managed. Summa summarum everything was perfect during our holiday. Turtiaiset

B2B was the perfect venue for a recent family reunion. Our group consisted of 4 adults, and 4 children; ages 14 to 9. The house is clean and tastefully decorated. There’s something for everyone here. Beautiful grounds, trampoline, HEATED pool, several spots to gather as a large group, smaller groups or just of chill by ones self. One of my favorite things to do was to enjoy some me time on the front porch. The boys would say the video games and the teens, the WiFi. In addition, the house is nicely located in Borax; town directly above Omis. Perched on the side of the mountain we were able to do a 15-20 hike with the group up to the fort. The more adventurous ones could go on a longer excursions. Accustomed to hiking, we would regularly take a walk into town. Within 10 mins you could be at the foot of the hill and into Omis with easy access supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, stores and companies willing to show you around. You can even walk to a nearby beach. Word of caution, the trip down is quick and steep in some areas, so take care to rest up before making your first trip back up. Gets a little easier each time. 👊🏼 Finally our host was AMAZING. Attentive to every detail as seen throughout the house. Another example were the freshly baked items and beverages waiting for us after a very long day of travel. I agree with the other review, take advantage of the Dalmatian dinner if offered. It’s incredible. Still drooling over it. This house and location, will not disappoint. Enjoy. 🙌🏼

We stayed in Villa B2B in the first week of September. We were drawn to it for the promise of a great view over the bay and we were not dissappointed ..at all. We loved our week here and wished it could have been longer. The villa is completed to a very high standard inside and out, with four good sized bedrooms, three of which have extremely comfortable super king beds. The living space is very roomy. The pool area is a real treat. The pool is large and can easily accomodate lengths if you fancy that sort of thing and is equipped with plenty of sun beds and large parasols. There are neighbouring holiday villas but the location is out of the way and peaceful. The villa is family owned and this came through in the way every care was taken to make our stay special. On arrival we were met by Bozena who showed us around the Villa and presented with a delicious range of treats to welcome in our first evening. And later in the week Bozena and her father-in-law popped round one evening and prepared a delicious traditional Croatian meal cooked in the outside oven. If you get offered the same I would definitely recommend it. While in Omis we did the 8 zip wires with Zip Lines, which we highly recommend, and the Advanced Canyoning with Adventure Omis which was well organised but involved more rocking walking that rapids floating for some of our liking. We also spent a great day rafting with Juve, who came highly recommended by Bozena. It costs a bit more than some of the other rafting companies but it was more than worth it with a few rapids, cliff jumps, cave pools .. all done at a pace to suit us and delivered with a real personal touch including refreshments of fruit, cake, coffee and juice. The villa is half way between the town and the Fort overlooking the bay at the top of the cliffs. My wife and I walked up one morning and as everyone will have commented, it is a steep walk and you will arrive sweaty but the view is well worth it. Other things to know. The villa comes with extra towels for the pool, the WiFi is excellent and the aircon is in every room. In the town, there is only limited taxi service so you definitely need a car. Overall, we really liked Omis and it's traditional back streets and easy pace combined with some exciting outdoor activities, the Villa was exceptional and Bozena was just great. We're quite jealous of anyone staying here after us!

It has been lovely to be the first guests ever to stay at this beautiful villa. A very warm welcome from Ivan and Bozena (excellent English and invaluable local knowledge) and Ivan's father Sveto who built the house - top job - and came round to cook us dinner in the outdoor oven. When Bozena spotted it was our daughter's birthday she came round with a cake, and also gave us an excellent recommendation for river rafting which was the best day of the holiday.
