Stayed as a family group in 3 rooms, all of which were extremely clean, comfortable, spacious and with everything we needed. Lovely breakfast (continental style) with plenty choice. Well positioned to reach everything and being near the promenade handy for trams also. All in all we had a lovely stay and would recommend the Olive Lodge :)

Have just stayed here with my two children (26-28th October) and it was lovely! Owner very friendly and helpful. We visited with some friends who had (unfortunately) booked at the Travelodge but when I showed them photos of Olive Lodge and told them how lovely and cosy it was they were a little envious! You can see the beach from the front door so perfect location. It’s approx. 15mins walk to Pleasure Beach and the same for Central Pier so ideal location. As the weather turned colder this week it was so nice to come back to a room that was warm! Breakfast was very nice too. My children would like to go back next year so we shall definitely come back to Olive Lodge! Thank you!

stayed here for husbands birthday weekend. fantastic b&b .beds lovely great nights sleep.quiet . breakfast fantastic .rooms lovely and clean owner very friendly couldent do enough always on hand if we needed anything. great location walking distance for pleasure beach. tower .beautiful place to stay. will defiantly be returning soon with the kids . thank you so much for a lovely weekend away.xx

We stayed here for 2 nights (fri/sat) and had a double room with en suite bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the room had an adequate wardrobe, bedside unit and dressing table. The shower was large and plentiful hot water. Breakfast was fantastic, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, toast, a full English if you wanted it, tea/coffee, juice, Malek the owner was very friendly and anything you wanted wasn't a problem. This is a lovely guesthouse just off the main front of Blackpool and close to all it has to offer. Private parking (limited) round the back of the guesthouse when available as the streets get busy at times. Next time we visit Blackpool The Olive Lodge will be our choice to stay and would recommend it to anyone wanting a warm welcoming stay.

Turned up after 2 and a half hour of travel and says he’d never heard of my booking, then changed his story to tell us we we’re late we should have checked in at 6pm, this was at 6.05pm. We couldn’t find anywhere else and had to go home. The guy just didn’t care.

Lovely and friendly couldn't have asked for better service. Close to all amenities and attractions.Malek the owner was friendly and made sure that both me and my grandaughter had everything that we needed. Looking forward to rebooking for next year.

Wow wow wow, I am blown away by the whole experience. I cannot fault either the room, place or owners of the bed and breakfast, it was scrupulously clean, modern and more than adequate for my needs, I would recommend it to anyone,positioned favourably for all amenities. Will, without a doubt be returning in the near future

The place is great - it is a peaceful location with literally 2 minutes walk to the beach. There are many restaurants around and also places to spend entertaining time just like Pleasure Beach or Sandacstle Waterpark. Room was very neat and comfortable, there were TV, kettle and towels. Malek was really kind host, he offered us breakfast and made sure everything was fine during our visit. We haven't seen everything in Blackpool yet, so we'll come back again to the Olive Lodge with pleasure!

The place is clean and cosy. It is located very close to the sea and Blackpool's attractions. There is a very kind and helpful service and breakfasts are delicious. You can feel like home there :)
