The garden is fully refurbished and has two shaded areas, a wonderful outdoor oversized sofa and 2 double armchairs and double lounging bed overlooking the pool with new outdoor pool tiles making the villa even more seamless going from indoor to outdoor. Spacious throughout, very light and airy with large windows and sliding doors, modern in design and with a very high standard of fittings. The ground floor is a huge open plan living space with large glass sliding doors on both sides of the house opening onto the garden and amazing inside/outside dining area with table & chairs to seat 10. Living/dining area has seating on a fabulous wooden table made using wood sourced locally in Ibiza and seats up to ten people, there's a fully fitted white and stainless steel kitchen with kitchen Island and breakfast seating. Also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom with a separate, spacious, walk-in shower room with WC. Open stairs lead up to a feature galleried landing overlooking the dining and living room, making the whole ground floor very bright and airy. On the first floor there is a twin bedroom with small balcony and a double bedroom with access to the first floor terrace with views over the pool and garden and the pretty hilltop Santa Eularia church. A spacious main bathroom for these two bedrooms has a large walk in shower. Bedrooms have a full length mirror. There is a galleried landing with glass balcony overlooking the living area leading to the wonderful master bedroom with a king size bed with a huge bathroom area. A real feature of the villa is the master bedroom with large open plan en suite bathroom with walk in shower, double sink unit and lovely oversized bath and views overlooking the pool and the sea. Large first floor terrace with two lounge beds and distant sea and town views, perfect for evening drinks overlooking the pretty Santa Eularia church on the hill. Bedrooms (air conditioning throughout all rooms): 1 - amazing first floor master bedroom with king size bed and double glass doors to terrace and aircon and wonderful open plan bath and shower room 2 - first floor twin bedroom with wardrobes, and door to a terrace share a bathroom with other first floor bedroom 3 - first floor double bedded room with wardrobes share a bathroom with other first floor bedroom 4 - ground floor twin bedded room with fitted wardrobes and access to its own bathroom Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 on first floor, with oversize bath, separate walk in shower & WC and hairdryer. Bathroom with shower and WC - first floor for bedrooms 2 and 3 Bathroom with shower and WC - ground floor for bedroom 4 Kitchen: Open plan fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster. Double glass doors out to garden, pool, BBQ and al fresco dining area for 10 (new pictures coming soon of this area). Large utility Room situated on the lower floor with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, drying rack. Spacious open plan living room with large sofa, a flat screen smart apple TV, music system with access to our Spotify account for unlimited music, wifi, record player for Vinyl fans (!) and Apple TV with over 100 films and 'box-set' TB series including kids movies and programmes and fireplace. Indoor/outdoor feature dining area with seating for 10 people where you can slide back the glass doors for an indoor/outdoor dining experience. Perfect for evening dining under the stars. The outside area is subtly lit and speakers either side of the pool. Double aspect, huge glass doors opening onto the pool and gardens. Weber gas BBQ (set high for safety with children). Umbrellas x 2 outside for shaded areas. Feature staircase up to galleried landing and bedrooms. Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Cleaning on arrival, change of Egyptian white cotton bed linen & towels on changeover day. Beach towels also provided. Hairdryer with diffuser. For each arrival the villa is fully cleaned with fresh bed linen, towels and 8 beach towels (1 per guest). Great house, brilliant location
Nice modern house, lots of space and light. Really easy to walk to town (5mins) and the beach so great for us with two kids. There are other houses around but its really quiet so nice and no other houses overlook so it feels private.

Lovely Villa!!!
Enjoyed our two week stay with my Husband and my two Teenagers. Plenty of space in the villa for 8 people, modern Kitchen and living space. Apple Tv and sound system. Air conditioning. Fabulous pool, ideal size for a family of four. Plenty of sun beds either in shade or sun. Great outside table and chairs with a gas bbq. Utility room with washing machine, dryer and iron. Very convenient for the Sa Compra supermarket and 5-10 mins walk to the main town, beach and marina. Very impressed with the owner Vanessa. We had a problem with a smell in the bathrooms and the bbq was very dirty. We contacted her via email and we had the pool man come and sort the problem out. Our only minor complaint was that there were no fresh towels or bed linen the second week of our stay. Vanessa did offer for the cleaners to come and clean the second week though if we wanted them to clean the villa. We would definitely rent this property again. Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely home.

Villa Nice indeed!
We had an enjoyable and relaxign stay at Villa Pez. It has all the amenities you could need along with being very comfortable and spacious. Villa Pez is also very close to the many shops, restaurants and the beach. I'd highly recommend to anyone- either a family or not- It's nice and peaceful but close enough to anywhere if you need something more lively- Taxis are reasonable and nothing is too far away! We spent most of our stay by the pool- the pool area is lovely and a real sun trap. The poolside cabana provides welcome shade should you need it. The gas bbq is also a real bonus. We used it several times. We'll certainly be coming back. Maybe even next year. Highly recommended!

Lovely stay
The villa is beautiful and in a very convenient location within walking distance (up hill on the way back) of the beach, town and restaurants. It’s very spacious, well equipped, has a lovely pool area, pretty garden and an excellent sound system. Communication from the owner Vanessa was great and we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Taxi cost around 30-40 Euros and readily available from the airport<BR><BR>From the airport, take the main road from the airport to Santa Eularia. At the roundabout, take the road to San Carles (not Santa Eularia) and then at the immediate next roundabout, follow sign to San Carles. Keep straight, past the municipal park, you'll see a Sa Compra supermarket and a school. Then a park. Then a sushi take away restaurant and a sign for public parking on your right. Take the left turn just in front of the Sushi place and that's the road. Drive up the slight hill and you'll see the house on your right.
