The Holiday Home "Cappelluzzo" is a typical Apulian old stone house, it dates back at the beginning of the 19th century located in the middle of the famous ITRIA VALLEY. It has just been restored after years of carelessness, the owners have tried to give the building its old charm, they have respected its original architecture with care. The lodgings are located in more than 1-hectar land with a little oaks wood, the field is cpltivated with olives and wheat and there are also some fruit trees. On one side of the property there is a wood of about 100 hectars. The holiday home has 3 different lodgings, the first for max 4 people, the second for 2, the 3rd for 2. It has also got a wineyard in an ancient cave, where in the past wine was produced. The property has got a fantastic terrace where people can sunbathe completely relaxed. The lodgings are close to one of the most beautiful "Vie Verdi d'Europa", it is a green road 250 km long, it goes through Calabria, Basilicata and Puglia.In this green road people go for walks, or ride a bike along the tipycal mediterranean countryside, without being disturbed by cars or similar vihicals. Bicycles are avaible for those who would like to use them.The first lodging made in local stone and with the typical "barrel" voult, has anindipendent entrance. It has a bedroom, a living room with a sofa-bed for 2, a dining room with an old fireplace and a full furnished kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. Accessories include tv and central heating.The second lodging is very cosy, it is the oldest part of the property, It has been prepared for 2 people. It is formed by a trullo, and 2 small rooms, in the first there is a bed for 2 and the second is a kitchnette, here there is also an old wood oven. There is a bathroom with shower and central heating. Swimming pool. Prezzi mese di agosto: 2 persone euro 90 al giorno 4 persone euro 150 al giorno. 6 people 220 al giorno.
