This house certainly has the wow factor. Located on the stunning Hook Head Peninsula the property offers luxurious accommodation in a most relaxing environment. The welcoming red hall door leads into a spacious entrance hall. The large attractive kitchen/dining is very well equipped and has attached utility room. You can relax on the comfy sofa while dinner is cooking on the superb electric range.

Downstairs there are 2 well presented spacious bedrooms (1 double and 1 Twin) on this level sharing a well appointed shower room. The stunning lounge is on the upper level and has superb views over the fields and to the sea beyond to Dunmore East/Passage East. About the neighborhood
The local village of Fethard has everything that you will need for your day to day needs. There is a small supermarket, pharmacy, bistro, pubs, hairdresser and a chinese. Dont also miss out on the saturday local produce market in the village hall. Welllington Bridge has a large supermarket if you wish to stock up. Wexford has an abundance of shopping where you will find the larger supermarkets if you need. Look out too for local farmer stalls along the side of the road selling very fresh farm produce.

Directions from Waterford - take car ferry in Passage East across to Ballyhack. Take Road Sign Posted Arthurstown.

From Wexford take road sign posted Wellington Bridge.
From New Ross take road sign posted Campile.

Once you go thru any of the villages above you will eventually see Large signs for Hook Lighthouse.... just follow the signs. After about 10 miles you will come to a small roundabout on the hook - left takes you to slade harbour, right takes you to lighthouse. 500m from this roundabout the cottage is on the right - you will know it by the bright red door. If you get as far as the lighthouse you have gone too far!
