The houses are tastefully furnished and equipped in every detail. All you need to do is bring your personal belongings and you will immediately feel like home!
Luxury 'Parian Holiday Villas', is located in a sparsely populated countryside area known as Sotires, between the towns of Parikia & Alyki.
The west-facing property of the villa, looks out to the island of Antiparos and its neighbouring islets. From the nearby small port of Pounda, there are regular ferry connections to Antiparos all year round.
In a few minutes' drive, you get to some of the most beautiful beaches of the island and various restaurants. Nearby activities include 2 internationally known kitesurfing centers at the beach of Pounda, water-skiing at Farangas beach, scuba diving & yoga at Alyki village and various footpaths for self-guided hiking starting from the nearby Ageria village.

My husband and 2 small children(5 + 3 year olds) stayed here in early June and had a wonderful holiday. The family met us at the airport which is no more than 10 minutes away and we're extremely hospitable, even baking cakes for us. The accommodation is furnished to a high standard and the outdoor facilities were great. We all loved the swimming pool, outdoor eating areas. We needed a car to drive around the island. The views from the villa were breathtaking and the sunsets were magical. We cannot wait to return next year.

Just amasing like a dream
The house is gorgeous , do not miss anything of what you can serve. rooms and spaces very large and clean with television and satellite dish. internet with wi fi is perfect. tablecloths always clean.
the exterior a fantastic pool overlooking the spot where best to kite board . also you can eat outside on a veranda fantastic all studied in detail .
the owners of the property live over ... but maybe this is propio that makes everything more magical. they are great and sometimes delight you with dishes cooked by the friendly mom manolis . they are not at all pushy and we ( a group of 6 guys in their thirties ) not DiCerto little noisy but despite this they were just beautiful.
thanks for giving us this wonderful dream in your home like a big family ... manolis the best

Perfect hosts & a perfect location
My husband, baby son and I have had the pleasure to stay with Minna and her family on at least three separate occasions and can highly recommend both villas.
When we arrived it was not obvious to us that the villas are both situated below where Minna and her family live. However, you cannot hear any living noise and you have a separate front door to come and go as you like. Every time we have stayed the guests in the other villa have been very friendly, but be aware the pool & outside area is shared.
Both villa's are spacious, well furnished and clean (we've stayed in both!). Miina kindly left some toys (& sweets) for our little boy in the villa and on a daily basis offered him (& us) fruits, foods and ice cream...her generosity is outstanding.
The entire family made us feel welcome and went out of their way to ensure we had an enjoyable holiday and we now consider them as friends. They went ''over & above'' when we had a problem with the flight home and I will never forget their kindness helping us.
The location and outlook of the villas cannot be beaten on the island & there is nothing more relaxing than swimming in their amazing pool.
A car is essential.
Be aware that the owners do have two large dogs which they keep secured outside at all times, if you are not expecting them it can be a surprise. There are of course also lots of little kittens which we enjoyed feeding!
We will certainly come back & can recommend both villas :-)

una villa da favola! Manolis my best friend!
è stata una delle vacanze piu belle mai fatte!
tutto è stato stupendo, l'accoglienza e l'assistenza di Manolis ( il proprietario) , la pulizia e i servizi disponibili in villa, la posizione fantastica con un panorama da urlo su Antiparos.
Sono una agente di viaggi e ho visto le caratteristiche della villa anche da "occhio tecnico"...le stanze sono enormi, c'è tanto spazio sia fuori che dentro, tutto funziona alla perfezione, non abbiamo avuto bisogno di nulla! è stato tutto perfetto dalle pentole nuovissime ai bagni luccicanti, dalle lenzuola candide alla piscina perfetta.
la vacanza a paros mi ha lasciato il cuore pieno di gioia e soprattutto mi ha fatto trovare un amico, MAnolis, il propietario che con la sua assistenza ( dal trasferimento dal porto alla villa , al prestito del suo pc personale per farci vedere la partita) il suo sorriso, la sua voce squillante ogni mattina che ti chiedeva come stavi e ti abbracciava ha reso speciale i nostri giorni passati in questa isola meravigliosa.

Traumhaftes Haus, traumhafte Aussicht, wir kommen wieder

Der Service war sehr gut (wir haben 2 mal nach unserer Buchung noch für weitere Personen dazu gebucht und das hat funktioniert:)
Das Objekt ist sehr schön und auch für uns (8 Personen Gruppe im Alter zwischen 26 und 34) wirklich nicht nur zum Erholen sondern auch um vor Ort was zu unternehmen einfach top!
Die Lage war ein Traum, wir hatten unsere Ruhe und wenn es uns zu ruhig wurde ist man in kürze am Ort des Geschehens in der Stadt.
Am meisten gefiel mir, wie liebevoll das Haus eingerichtet und ausgestatet war. Man hat gemerkt hier hat man sich bemüht um nicht nur ein Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten zu bieten sonder der comfort eine Priorität war bei der Einrichtung. Desweiteren die Aussicht (von vielen Fenster, von den Balkonen und vom Pool sowie von der Terrasse aus konnte man das Meer beobachten) Was mir nicht gefiel war der Tag der Abreise ; ).
Meiner Meinung nach (und ich denke ich rede im Sinne aller die mit waren) ist das wirklich ein schönes Domizil um bei besten Aussichten entspannt oder auch unterwegs Urlaub zu machen.
Absolut Empfehlenswert.

I discovered this place by pure luck, and do not regret it.
The first time I was there was in 2010, returned in 2012 and most come back in the very near future.
Amazing place, great location, optimum quality/price ratio and most importantly a warm and sincere hospitality given by the owner and his family.
I have been in several places in Paros but villas Agnanti / Liogerma top all of them.
Fully equipped villas (in-door and outdoors). Its location offered us quiteness and beauty but at the same time situated near by port/town and a multitude of beaches. Large living room and bedrooms, a REAL swiming pool surrounded by a pleasant garden. My spouse and children were happy.
You will not regret it!
