Villa
On the hillside of Parikia village, with an amazing open view to the sea and the port, you will enjoy the warm hospitality of our modern cycladic-style 2-storey residence villa.
The villa can accommodate 6 adult guests and a kid up to 6 years old in 3 bedrooms and it is perfect for group of friends and families. On the ground floor there is a big living room with a fireplace and a dining area as well as an open plan kitchen and many glass doors overlooking the garden and the sea. The 2 of the 3 bedrooms and one bathroom with shower are also on the ground floor. In the kids' room there are 2 single beds that can make a double bed and a kids bed (0,70 x 1,60).
On the upper floor you find the master bedroom with its bathroom with shower.

- Smoking is allowed only outside.
- Parties are allowed only after request and only outside. In such case, the house must be clean and tidy after any event you may organise.
- No extra, or different guests are allowed to stay in the house apart from those booked (unless agreed differently with the owner. In this case, if there are extra guests than the ones booked, there will be an extra charge of 25 euro per person per night).
- A copy of the passport of each guest is required upon arrival.

Schönes Haus mit Traumaussicht
Ein gut ausgestattetes Haus inkl. Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön und die täglichen Sonnenuntergänge einfach traumhaft. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war tadellos. Ein Mietauto ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Wonderful vacation rental
We loved our stay at Parian Hill - well appointed home that has the wind figured out with the windows and sun with the shading. We loved being close to Parikia, but not “in town”. Home had everything we needed during our stay in Paros. Wonderful hosting and attention from Demy. One minor negatives - it’s up a hill, so automatic car rental recommended unless you’re in good shape or accustomed to manual transmission; kitchen needs a toaster for breakfast. Thank you for sharing your lovely home. Pictures don’t do justice to how beautiful is the location and property.

Parian Hill perfection
This is an exceptional property with an exceptional host. If you’re planning on visiting Paros, this Villa is not to be missed.
Clean, modern and the view of Paroikia is breathtaking. Dimitra made our stay seamless and fun.

Wonderful
I chose to celebrate my 75th birthday in Greece and invited my family and friends to join me.
I did my research and chose Parikia, Paros because it was the ferry transportation hub for the Eastern Cyclades Islands along with an airport and buses. We did not want to drive and wanted our guests to have the opportunity to travel around the island and two other islands if they wanted.
Parian Hill Residence Villa met all the priorities for my three week celebration. The veranda, which was a high priority, with lounge chairs to watch the sunset each evening was the highlight of our stay which we did 20 of the 21 days. The view of the water, harbor, and surrounding area I think was the best on the island.
The Villa is well designed, spacious and nicely appointed. There was a delightful airflow and light throughout each room. The kitchen had all the essentials with more for us to prepare meals for the group and then choose to dine in the dining area or out on the veranda.
Our host, Dimitris, was responsive to our every need. He helped us with the bus schedule, island information, tours and connection to a great taxi service. Dimitris was a gracious host in every way.
We found however walking up the hill to the Villa was more than we had bargained for especially with groceries. The issue was easily solved since the cost of a taxi from town was only 5e.
I wholeheartedly can recommend the Parian Hill Residence Villa and I am a pretty picky person. You can ask my husband.

Excellent choice
Dimitra's house is located on the hills above the bay of Paroikia from which you can enjoy breathless view of the Aegean sea. The house interior is very charming and as stylish as in the pictures. Rooms are so beautiful, bright and spacious! Kitchen is fully equipped and very modern. Bathrooms are also very clean and beds/pillows are comfortable. As we were dining on the big balcony looking over the port of Island, we felt really blessed. We found it very convenient to use the local bus visiting the village of Naoussa, as the bus stop was just by the end of the road. Timeline of bus schedule was provided to us from Dimitra as many others "hot spots places" concerning bars or restaurants of local area. We will certainly come back next year for summer vacation. As Dimitra's house is a real gem, we highly recommend it!

Getting around
The bus to Naoussa and the villages as well as the local bus to/from Parikia, stops at the main road (300 m from the house). A car rental is though recommended for island sightseeing.

How to get there
Driving instructions From the Port to Parian Hill Residence Villa:
As soon as you leave the port you will see the white windmill, turn left and
you should follow the main road (Nikolaou Stella) that leads you out of the
traditional settlement of Parikia.
At the first big intersection, you continue straight and follow the country road with direction to Naoussa Village. After about 500 meters you will arrive at a second intersection, where on your left hand side you will see a big football stadium and on the right a car service garage.
Turn right and start going up the hill, following the signs leading to the Sunset View Hotel. From the entrance of the hotel starts a big uphill road, at the end of which is the entrance of the Villa, hidden among the white stone-built yards of the farm.
