L'océan est à 1,5 km, le coeur historique piéton de Capbreton et ses boutiques sont à 600 m, le port et ses restaurants de fruits de mer, de plancha et de tapas est à moins de 3 kms. Vous pourrez vous balader sur les nombreuses pistes cyclables qui longent la côte et randonner dans la magnifique forêt des Landes.
Hossegor à 2km accueille régulièrement le championnat du monde de surf.
Un gardien est sur place et vous êtes accueillis. Vous disposez d'un accès direct à votre appartement, d'un parking, d'une jolie piscine chauffée à partager, d'une table de ping-pong, d'un terra...

Entre le village et la mer.
Très calme.
Jolie terrasse
Hygiène parfaite
Des attentions: bouteille de rosé,
Café et tout le nécessaire.
Piscine a disposition.

Super séjour avec apparut nickel
2 semaines de séjour réservés auprès d'une propriétaire très disponible, très accueillante, et bienveillante. Tout est fait en sorte pour passer un bon séjour, matériel de nettoyage, de lavage entre autres. WiFi équipé, toujours agréable. Résidence sympa avec grand parking en face, piscine chauffée avec transats à disposition.
En gros, résidence au top avec appart très fonctionnel. Rien à redire. A l'année prochaine !!!

Très bon séjour
Appartement de vacances sympa et bien équipé (juste prévoir les draps), bien situé en plein centre de Capbreton dans une résidence au calme avec piscine chauffée, à 10 minutes du centre et des plages en voiture.
Les personnes s'occupant de l'appartement sont très disponibles et réactives au moindre souci.
Endroit parfait pour un petit séjour reposant et agréable en couple ou en famille sur la cote landaise et aux portes du pays basque (Bayonne à 30 minutes par la route).
