Del Mar Eco-Lodging Apartments is a small four individual apartments building. Each unit is private with two bedrooms that can accommodate up to four guests.
Perfect location for honeymooners or a quick nice and quiet get away!
Each apartment has a full kitchen; range stove top, refrigerator, microwave, (no washer/dryer, no dishwasher) bathroom, hot water shower, satellite TV, iron, hair dryer, two beach chairs and a cooler.
The apartments do not have central air. There are air conditioning units in each bedroom.
The apartments are located in a rustic fishermen's village at the east coast of Puerto Rico. One block from the beach, 2 blocks from the Mameyes River. Walking distance dinning. Located in a rural tourist area where horseback riding, kayaking, fishing, surfing, sailing...

No visitors allowed in our property. Only properly registered guests. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU PUNCH IN THE CORRECT AMOUNT OF GUESTS.
CHILDREN ARE GUESTS TOO. Pool hrs 9 am to 9 pm
We are 100% non smoking, no vaping, no recreational marihuana.
NO MUSIC ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA NOR AT ANY PUBLIC AREA.
Music should be for your enjoyment inside your apartment. No food nor beverage in the pool area. We have a Gazebo for that purpose.
PLEASE DON’T ASK US TO WAIVE OUR RULES.

About the neighborhood
Luquillo is a small town located at the East Coast of the Island. Playa Fortuna is a humble fisherman's village with friendly locals that always appreciate quests and tourists. We are surrounded by nature. You can walk down the street for a beautiful stroll at sunrise where you can find our fishermen with the catch of the day. You can sit at your porch sipping coconut water while the sounds of the ocean, wind and birds welcome you to your dream. Spend the day at the beach, the day at our swimming pool. Do nothing or enjoy it all!!! At sunset you can stroll down to the river and experience the views, while the Coquies Orchestrate you into the evening. This town has great sightseeing, diversity of dining experiences.
Getting around
In general, being a tourist in Puerto Rico requires a car. There is no mass public transportation in the island. In the metro San Juan there is fair public transportation. We do recommend a rental. There is taxi service and some Uber

You might want to download it. It is great in the island.
GPS for some reason is not accurate in our area.
