We absolutely loved our stay at Kotch. This beautiful villa provided eco-luxe comfort in a perennially peaceful and idyllic setting. Kotch’s exquisite, zen-inspired decor, spectacular ocean view, awe-inspiring night sky and calming and soothing waves made it the perfect place for us to relax and recharge.
Kotch’s warm, kind, caring and attentive staff made us feel completely at home (thank you Aesha, Sally and John!)
Thank you very much Jodi-Anne and team for curating such an incredible experience and for making our first visit to Treasure Beach such a memorable one. We can’t wait to “Kotch” again!

Heavenly Beach Villa
I fell in love with Kotch Villa. We just spent a week in the sky suite. The ocean breeze and crashing waves lulled me into the best sleep. Waking up every morning to the beautiful expanse of the blue green ocean with white caps was invigorating. But my favorite part was the beautifully appointed villa and the staff. The Villa with it's modern all white and oak esthetics was calming and peaceful. Tracy-Ann, John, and Kiwi took good care of us and were wonderful company. And honorable mentions must be made for Monique, Liz, and Porsche. I am going to miss Kotch. I hope this is the first of many visits to come. Thank you James and Jodi for creating such a wonderful island vacation experience. Nuff respect.

Chill weekend
Amazing weekend @Kotch. The design and decor is clean and modern. The staff is excellent - serving up tasty meals - from Italian to Jamaican, keeping us well taken care of. Thanks Kotch for a relaxing getaway! We’ll be back!

Best Kept Secret
An amazing location and an even more exceptional villa! I cannot begin to explain my experience. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We had the option of having our produce purchased within the community for authentic meals. We booked the entire villa for our family trip in January and will definitely be returning for the summer.
