Brockan Cottage is an newly built property with a stone fireplace. The kitchen, dining room and living area are open plan, all the fixtures and fittings are of a very high standard. The house has one of the most spectacular views in Orkney. Marwick bay and Marwick head are within a few minutes walk away. The house is very spacious and has a warm atmosphere.
