We loved our stay and will definitely be back! The photos are lovely but don't do this place any justice at all - it was cosy and spotless! I've never stayed somewhere so clean before. The hosts were lovely and all the extra touches made our stay even better. The hot tub is an amazing added bonus :)

We were so lucky to find this place after our holiday to Venice was cancelled. We were thoroughly spoilt with the hot tub, local walks, ponies, afternoon tea - there was even a bottle of chilled prosecco and a breakfast pack waiting for us when we arrived. Feel thoroughly spoilt, can't wait to go back!

The cottage and love shack were beautifully decorated! We were on a relaxing mini moon after being married and it was the perfect place to have a few days away! Dog friendly too so our little pup could come along. So many lovely little touches around the cottage really made the whole experience. There was a lovely breakfast pack too to fill us up in the morning. Great places near by to walk the dog! Elizabeth was great welcoming us and always replied super quickly with any questions we had! Just back from an amazing weekend at Sweetheart Cottage feeling relaxed and happy :) Perfect idyllic location and the cottage had so many personal touches which made it even more special. A couple of our highlights of the weekend was the hot tub and the resident ponies - who love polos! We were lucky enough on the Sunday it rained all day so we had a rainy day in the cottage playing board games by the fire :) If you are looking for a cosy romantic weekend away then you need to come to Sweetheart Cottage. The hosts Elizabeth and Brent are what makes this place a success and good luck with your future endevours - we will definitely be back :)

What an amazing find!! We can’t fault anything in this lovely cottage, it had everything and more!! Lizzy and Brent have thought of everything when it comes to making their guests happy. We loved the breakfast pack that Lizzy left as well as the freshly laid eggs which tasted amazing!! The cottage itself was decorated to a high standard, Lizzy is definitely in the right business as there’s no end to her talents!! Unique and cozy cottage situated in a scenic location. The owner provided a professional and personal service. Overall our stay was faultless and we would definitely recommend and come back ourselves!!

A wonderfully quaint, well-stocked and clean cottage. Amazing value for money and we fell in love with the hot tub and rustic charms of the entire area. Hosts were lovely and not even the traditional Scottish weather could dampen our trip. Would absolutely recommend to anyone and look forward to visiting again.

Sweetheart Cottage is wonderful. The cottage has everything you need and it is clean. Nature is at your finger tips. Its teaming with wildlife. If its a peaceful break your looking for then Sweetheart is the place to go. Great walks and a shop down the road for anything you need. The hot tub is amazing and its has a screen and love shack beside it for privacy to change clothing. Pets are welcome too. We dont like leaving our boy behind, we always find it hard to get somewhere that we can take him with us but now we dont because he is welcome at the cottage. The owners are lovely they make you feel so welcome and cant do enough for you. They have horses out the back in the paddock who are very friendly and love to be petted. I will definatly be booking Sweetheart in the future for all breaks in the Cairngorms. Lizzy the owner also does soup and home made cakes for your arrival at your request for an extra fee this is a must and just what i needed after traveling up on an empty stomache.
