Lovely barn conversion in a great location
We had a really relaxing time at this house. Warm and cosy with a wood burner. Great locations for people with dogs just outside the village. Easy to walk to nearby pubs, cafes and ingleton falls. All we needed for the weekend.

A perfect get away, a stones throw from Ingleton.
For a get away in the Yorkshire Dales, Low Barn has it all. We were a party of six staying for the weekend, and the place exceeded all our expectations. Located in a quiet spot surrounded by fields, it is only a short walk to Ingleton with it's pubs, cafes and shops. The property is a converted barn and is incredibly spacious, with plenty of room to socialise in both the well equipped kitchen or the comfy lounge area. The owners, Hilary and Malcolm were very friendly and helpful.
Very highly recommended.

Family weekend away
My parents rented Low Barn and the adjoining property for 9 of us plus 2 dogs to celebrate a birthday.
The location was ideal for Ingleton and Kirkby Lonsdale and the enclosed gardens were perfect for the dogs.
The properties were very comfortably furnished and had decent sized fridges and freezers and plenty of bathrooms!
The WiFi was very impressive and there were no complaints about it from the 2 kids in the group.
One slight criticism was that all of the knives in both kitchens were very blunt, not sure if this is a safety measure but if you are planning on cooking take a sharp knife!!
Apart from that it couldn't be faulted and we had a great time.

Perfect family accommodation
We found Low Barn to be perfect accommodation for a family. It is spacious and quiet, being well set-off from the road on a farm. Malcolm and Hilary are excellent hosts and the whole booking process was simple and friendly. As with most people staying in Ingleton, the main purpose of our holiday was walking, and we found that Low Barn was an excellent relaxing property to return to and 'flop-around' in the evening or if the weather wasn't fantastic. We were sad to leave and may well return to do some more of the many walks in the area. Highly recommended.
