Great location
The location was fantastic. The terrace was a highlight of the apartment - we loved it. The apartment was big with plenty of room, although it could use a bit of updating. Just know that there is no A/C- only ceiling fans in the bedrooms. One fan was weak and needs to be replaced. We happened to go during the extreme heatwave - pretty hot! Uggggg!!!
With A/C and a little updating, I would rate this a 5 - it would be great!
Paolo was really nice and gave up a very late checkout. Not sure if complimentary breakfast is offered, as with the rooms.

Complimenti ai ragazzi della reception,molto bravi, l appartamento eccezionale per due coppie come noi perfetto, terrazzo incredibile.

Casa vacanze come stato esistenziale
Casa vacanze situata al centro di Polignano a mare, con terrazza vista mare da cui si gode un bellissimo tramonto. Pulita, confortevole e ben arredata. Costituisce l' appendice di un b&b da 5 stelle, dalle pareti bianche che donano frescura nella calura estiva. Il b&b è raggiungibile dalla stazione con una simpatica moto ape elettrica dal costo modico. Il sig. Paolo e la sua collaboratrice Miriana sono prodighi di buoni consigli e disponibili a prenotare ristoranti e spiagge. Io ho dormito benissimo, il mio compagno avrebbe preferito il climatizzatore alle pale a ventola a soffitto. ci hanno offerto un cadeau al checkout e assicurato il trasporto con moto ape elettrica verso il posto in cui avevamo posteggiato l auto. Very central, good value but not for us
The apartment is good value for money, has three smallish bedrooms and all you need for a short stay. It is clean and comfortable although it could use a bit of an update. There was no hot water when we arrived but Paolo quickly got it working again. The wifi is very reliable and there were a couple of new televisions so we could use our Chromecast.
The sun terrace is lovely, but as the house is over 3 floors it is a lot of stairs to take food and drink up there. There were only 2 sunbeds for the 4 of us, but also benches and a nice big table. Unfortunately the sunbed cushions had been left out and were wet and not too clean.
Overall we were happy with our stay but there was one big drawback from our point of view . I think it must because it's in the historic old town and also because of the writing on the steps up to the apartment, there was a constant stream of tourists and school parties walking past at all hours and insisting on being photographed whilst sitting on the steps. Quite a few came and sat on the top step right next to the glass front door of the apartment. We would look up to see complete strangers out there. It was quite disconcerting, at times we had to close the shutters. We understand that this is beyond Paolo's control, but it may help to add a cordon or similar across the top step to deter people from coming all the way up.
It was VERY noisy on Saturday night in the early hours, don't know if this is normal or a one off. The sound really echoes around the narrow streets.
Lovely place and a nice apartment but not for us i'm afraid.

Fantastico
L’appartamento è bellissimo, nel centro storico di polignano comodo a tutto, il terrazzo è la ciliegina sulla torta per trascorrere qualche ora di relax. Grazie a Paolo che ci ha accolto con calore e gentilezza.

tutto prefetto appartamento come da descrizione dotato di tutti i confort accoglienza del proprietario favolosa e il servizio trasporto bagagli ineccepibile lui sempre disponibile e cordiale come la sua ragazza posizione appartamento mozzafiato nel centro del paese consiglio per chi si reca in loco con auto affitto Box Auto per lunghi soggiorni soprattutto mesi estivi dalla terrazza si gode uno spettacolo affascinante ottima per pranzi e cene o per momenti di relax appartamento comodo per 6 persone il servizio di pulizia appartamento buono

Excellent location
Very comfortable property and well equipped with everything you would need. Lovely location in the old town and a roof terrace overlooking the sea. Really enjoyed our stay in Polignano.

Felice di stare lassù
Siamo stati in questo appartamento per il ponte del 25 aprile con le nostre bambine. L'appartamento è centralissimo e si presta ad accomodare anche sei persone; il vero punto di forza è certamente la terrazza che nei mesi caldi consente di essere goduta appieno ed offre una bellissima vista sulla caratteristica costa. Paolo e la madre sono gentilissimi ed hanno confermato che quella pugliese è un'ospitalità eccellente . Perfetta anche la colazione presso il bar dei serafini a 2 m di cammino con una bellissima vista a picco sul mare . Consiglio una visita alle grotte di Polignano via mare sono in molti ad effettuare questo servizio ed anche una visita alle grotte di castellana che distano soltanto 15 minuti in auto.

Spettacolare
Ho soggiornato per il periodo di Pasqua in questo incantevole appartamento incastonato nel centro storico di Polignano a mare dalla terrazza si gode un panorama spettacolare sei proprio nel blu dipinto di blu.E poi che dire Paolo ci ha accontentato e soddisfatto in tutto una persona speciale siamo stati veramente molto bene pensate che i miei bimbi 4 e 6 anni circa non volevano tornare a casa.. .grazie Polignano grazie Paolo a presto
