The Villa is 60 sq. m. and combines traditional outdoor architecture and modern indoor. It features 2 bedrooms, an ample living room and a fully equipped kitchen. It opens to a private veranda. Totally worth it
Amazing hospitality. I think we were among the first guests in this villa. Excellent views, superb feel. Just amazing and worth every penny you spent here.

Amazing place, a MUST book!
My sister and I took my mother out for her 70th birthday. What an amazing place...the location is fantastic, the view out of this world, the apartment incredible and the staff super friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend booking this place if you want a very enjoyable, stress free relaxing holiday!

If you’re wanting a room with a view you found it
Arrived in the evening when it was dark so could not see the view, woke up that morning to what can only be described as breath taking, the Caldera was directly in front of us to sit a absorb all day long, wonderful little house with excellent facilities, would return in a heartbeat ❤️😎👍

About the neighborhood
It is ideally located in picturesque Imerovigli, close to all facilities while at the same time away from the hustle and bustle of Santorini. Restaurants serving Mediterranean cuisine or even fine dinning restaurants and sea food restaurants are in a close proximity. Also, super markets, bakeries and groceries can be found within a few minutes walking.
It is close to the main square, the public parking area and the public local transportation are within 5 minutes walking. You can easily get to Fira (the capital). It is 2 Km from Imerovigli. From the villa you may also walk the hiking path to Fira or to Oia which is highly recommended for those who love hiking. The landscape is unique.

From the port/airport you may reach us by:

- By car rental. We could arrange that for you through our associates. The driver will get you to our place.
