Jordan Cottage is a quirky 19th century, Grade 2 listed Fisherman's cottage in the heart of 'old Broadstairs', a 100 metres from the harbour and Viking Bay. Access to the Square is on foot only. On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen and living area. The first floor is accessed by a steep staircase, typical of property of this style and age, leading to a double bedroom and a good sized bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed courtyard to the front of the cottage with a bench. There is free roadside parking in adjacent streets. There is also a car park on the road leading up to the property. Jordan Cottage is small and comfortable and is close to Pubs, restaurants and local shops. The Cottage is owned and managed by a local Broadstairs family who extend a warm welcome to you.

Jordan Cottage will be available from April 2015. Bookings are normally from Saturday to Saturday. Shorter stays will be considered. No smoking. Dog allowed by agreement. Ideal for couples or small families. Check in is after 2pm and check out is by 11am. We do not take bookings with any less than 2 weeks prior notice.

Dogs are permitted at the discretion of the owners. The cottage has steep stairs which might be difficult for small children or people have have mobility issues.
Excellent accommodation. In a perfect location for all Broadstairs has to offer. Plenty of eateries and entertainment for everyone.

Great value and location.
Excellent value for this small one bed house. Extremely well kept and it has a lovely homely atmosphere in the house.
The stairs is steep so be careful. Location is excellent.

A jewel in the Crown of Broadstairs
Our friends stayed here & recommended it - we were not disappointed!
Fabulously central location, beautifully clean.
We managed to park round the corner for free (on Tony's advice).
The (very steep!) stairs are not for the faint hearted, but equally were not a problem for us, and one of us is very tall.
Will we return? MOST DEFINITELY!

Beautiful Cottage
We loved Jordon Cottage and Broadstairs. Perfectly situated in a quiet square, a couple of minutes from town and the beautiful beach. Highly recommend a stay here, short or long. Some lovely walks along the coast both ways. Would recommend the small independent cinema, just round the corner from the cottage. We had the best holiday, wish we could have stayed longer. The cottage was perfect for us with everything we needed for a care free holiday. Thank you Tony.

Great Location
This house is very close to everything you need. Less than 5 mins to the town and the beach. Some of the fixtures are a little ‘tired’ but it’s a warm cosy cottage. There is a knack with the stairs which you soon get used to. I stayed over Xmas so the beer garden of the pub which backs onto the cottage was very noisy. The tv was good and being able to log onto my Netflix account was a bonus. The kitchen was reasonably stocked so I managed to cook a passable roast on Xmas Eve. I had booked Christmas Day lunch at the Royal Albion Hotel and it was was lovely.

Lovely Jordan Cottage
I stayed in Jordan Cottage for 5 nights in November and enjoyed it so much I booked another 5 in December. It’s so peaceful I can’t recommend it highly enough. Owner Tony was very kind and helpful and the cottage is amazing. Very characterful with tasteful decor, powerful shower and comfortable bed. Everything you need for self catering and easy to use central heating. Good internet connection and fairly large TV screen. Set in a quiet square it’s literally 2 mins to beautiful sea views and walks. I wanted a place where I could combine a quiet work space with picturesque walks and this is perfect. I’ll be going back very soon.

Relaxing week by the sea
Jordan Cottage is a lovely, tiny cottage, tucked away in the heart of the town of Broadstairs. Tony, the owner, has thought of providing everything you could need for a restful stay. We even borrowed the beach chairs to use on the wonderful sandy Viking Bay beach for an afternoon in the sun. Nicely situated both for the beach and the town.

Location Location -Jordan Cottage
Perfect cottage for 2 & Koby ( our dog). Jordan Cottage is located right in the centre of Broadstairs - perfect for walking to the bars restaurants shops & beaches. You could easily park the car in the surrounding roads & leave it! The cottage was immaculately clean & provided for all our needs - even milk tea etc. Loved the very sunny bathroom with added sea view. Ok staircase challenging, but fine for the fit and well balanced! Thank you Tony & Gina - perfect hosts before during & after - we will be back!

What the Dickens:
It was Charles Ficken favourite town where he found inspiration. We equally enjoyed hte experience. Jordan cottage if a quaint tastefully decorated fisherman's cottage in the historic town centre. . All the amenities of a seaside town are so close that we never used or car. In addition, e we parked the car free of charge a few streets away. We will definitely come back to Broadstairs.

Absolutely fantastic holiday
My son and myself had the most relaxing time in Jordan Cottage. Perfectly located and so peaceful. It gave us the ideal base for a weeks holiday and the weather was superb too. Couldn't fault anything about it and I will be re-booking in the future! Everything we got for the price we paid was absolutely spot on, so thank you so much
