The villa consist in two large and bright double rooms and two beautifully decorated full bathrooms with showers. One room has a king size bed and the other has a two large single beds that can be converted in a king size bed. The sunny and large living room has a divan bed that can be unfolded and becomes a queen size bed that can accommodate two extra children. The best part of the house is without any doubt, its immense Sea view terrace decorated with a beautiful, recently installed modern wooden pergola, with outfitted canopy, creating a magical atmosphere during the night, giving you the sufficient privacy from the near neighbours and the perfect location for your al-fresco daylight’s dine outs.
The home furnishings has been chosen with care : the particular windows giving light and shade as needed , corner kitchen is complete with all the accessories ; rooms are comfortable , with en-suite bathroom , equipped with shower and / or bath tub, to make your stay unique and unforgettable , accompanied by fantastic scenery , sunsets and moonlit nights that you can admire from the large terrace overlooking the sea.
The Villa ' Regal Conca ' is located a few meters underneath the SS163 Amalfi Drive (about 30 steps to be climbed down), a few meters above the Sea level. When day quiets hours arrive, you will only hear the sound of the Sea, being so close to the villa.
Its magical large panoramic terrace overlooks the Sea, the small private garden, spectacular views towards the white houses of Praiano , the archipelago of Li Galli , the Island of the three sirens of Ulysses, and Capri island.
Villa ' Regal Conca' is the ideal starting point for excursions in the surrounding area being close to a bus stop; you will be able to discover the other pearls of the Amalfi Coast without the use of a car. From the villa, through a path owned by the adjacent Hotel 'La Conca Azzurra' you can get to beach area on the platform of the hotel. Advanced reservation is requested to use the hotel private access. Its sea access hotel private area is served by parasols and sundecks and have additional costs for their use; please arrange payment and reserve your space at your arrival with the person that will check you in.
