Indoor heated pool with clear glass roof and water cascade, billiard area, reading room, dinning room and two living rooms, three roofed terraces. One hectare of land with beautiful gardens, tropical fruit, vegetable and spice patches, four Peruvian paso fino horses with stables and corral. Seven dogs. Indoor cages with African and Australian Parakeets as well as Australian cocktails which bread in captivity. Chicken and quail in the property who provide a small amount of eggs for daily consumption.
