The spacious living area can be fully opened or closed, complimenting the area`s weather conditions. The beach is 200m walk from the villa, and 150m from the nearest grocery store. Guests are able to dine on the outside in the main terrace, enjoying a large Guanacaste wood table suitable for 8 people. During dinner time you are welcome to enjoy refreshing cocktails while watching the amazing tropical sunset. Villa Guanacaste has a beautiful 60 SQF swimming pool with two different lounges to chill out in. The villa has one large master bedroom with a wide private bathroom, double sink modified mirrors with an outside seating area. Soft and comfy king size wooden bed topped with Egyptian Cotton sheets, walk-in 4 door closet, TV, WIFI connection A/C and ceiling fan. The room is viewing the swimming pool and the outside green plantation. The second bedroom is double bedroom with a luxurious bathtub, in which many romantic moments are created for couples. The room offers a queen size wooden bed covered with Egyptian cotton sheets, 2 door walk-in closet and plenty of storage space. The room offers a direct exit to the swimming pool, overseeing the gorgeous palm garden. The facilities include wide screen TV, PlayStation technology, DVD and Blue-Ray player, BT connections spread around the villa, in order to create the most advanced technological experience our guests can enjoy. The third room has an outstanding living room with an open kitchen and a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with various appliances such as an ice maker fridge, microwave, oven, NutriBullet RX blender and many more. In the middle of the kitchen stands an island and five high bar stools, There you can have a nice breakfast, have a cocktail or a health shake while enjoying the view. The lounge area has a large sofa (which opens up into a bed), designed chairs and sitting area for complete comfort and stylish feel. The living room is designed as a high end atmosphere area, enabling controlled lighting options in and out, facings the elegant garden and decks. About the neighborhood

Santa Teresa Beach Costa Rica: a beautiful white/gold sand beach with swells that are superb all year round. Santa Teresa beach is well known for a relaxing atmosphere and good surf conditions, as it is renowned worldwide for some of the best surfing in the entire country. Santa Teresa is an ideal beach for surfers of any level. Here, swells range from moderate to strong. While surfing conditions are excellent throughout the year due to consistent off shore winds, the best time to visit Santa Teresa beach is from May to December.’ During this time, swells at Santa Teresa beach are at their peak. However, it is important to keep in mind that inexperienced surfers should avoid trying to surf during this period.

Getting around

Super Ronny 2, a western style supermarket, is located a mere 100 meters from Villa Guanacaste for your shopping needs. Additional supermarkets are also available in the area. If you are in need of medical attention, doctors, dentists and pharmacies are available in town to assist you if anything should arise during your stay. An international hospital is located 50 minutes away from the resort with anoptional air lift transport if needed. ATMs are located at the main intersection coming into town. A gas station is located a mile away from the main intersection up C'obano road. A veterinarian is located in the Center of town. Opening hours are8am-5pm.
