Hopkins Windsong Beach Villa is a luxurious private home on the shores of the Caribbean with a relaxing saltwater pool and large terraces. The included bikes and kayaks are a great way to explore the immediate area, or launch your next Belizean adventure from Hopkins. Snorkeling, diving, fishing, hiking, Mayan ruins, ziplines, and much more are waiting for you here. The entire villa, including the pool, is completely private, not shared with other guests. Our property manager lives a short distance up the road and can help arrange tours and provide useful information.
The newly constructed villa is located a short drive south of the Hotel area of Hopkins Village. Private, spacious, and fully appointed, you’ll find relaxing at the villa a soul-soothing experience!

L’enfer au paradis
Des travaux très bruyants juste à côté, un propriétaire de très mauvaise foie il n’a pas essayé de nous reloger … nous a juste dit Que nous pouvions partir ( en sachant très bien que tout était complet partout) et nous a piètrement indemnisé pour les nuisances que nous avons subit … à fuir !

Jolie maison en bord de mer
Tout y était pour un très bon séjour
Quelle surprise d être réveiller par les marteaux piqueur et autres disqueuses des 8h du le lundi et ce toute la journée
Le propriétaire de très mauvaise fois a semblé surpris que les travaux voisins ne soient pas finis
Une simple visite lui aurait appris qu'il reste encore quelques mois de travaux
Il nous a proposé de nous rembourser sanchant pertinemment que nous ne pourrions nous reloger
Il nous a finalement, piètrement dédommager
Quand l appât du gain et plus important que le bien être de ces clients

About the neighborhood
This is a perfect location to start the excellent guided tours offered in the area. Snorkeling, fishing, diving, hiking, Mayan ruins, birding, chocolate/cooking classes, manatee watching, and many more experiences are available. Our property manager is a licensed tour operator and will arrange any tour you desire. The local guides are extremely knowledgeable and proud of their Belizean home, and provide unforgettable experiences!
Getting around
Around Hopkins: The villa is located to the south of the village about 2.5 miles. The resort area, with lots of great restaurants, bars, and the gym is about 1.5 miles away. Sittee River Marina and Curve bar are about a half mile, and Mango's Beachfront Restaurant is about three doors up the beach! If you don't have a car you can rent a golf cart (we'll set it up for you), call a taxi, or ride the bikes.

How to get there
Options for Getting to the villa from the International Airport (BZE)
1) Rent a car. The drive takes about 2.5 hours or so and takes you down the scenic Hummingbird Highway. Having a car in Belize is very helpful for getting out and seeing the country on you own schedule. The roads from the airport to Hopkins Village are all paved except for about the last two miles south to the villa. This last section is gravel/dirt but you will not need a 4 wheel drive car to get there. We recommend Crystal Auto Rental at the airport.
2) Take a ground transfer shuttle. We will arrange a licensed transfer service to pick you up at the airport and drive you to the front door. Cost varies.
3) From the international airport, take a 15 minute flight to Dangriga then a 40 minute taxi to Hopkins. Cost will vary and we can assist with all the arrangements.
