Sugar Patch Inn is located on the Southern end of Hopkins Village between two diffrent lifestyles. To the North you can interact with the locals and enjoy the local cuisines. To the South you can take advantage of the life styles that you are in tuned to and then return to the stress free comfort of your aircondition room. Each room has warm showers, a small refrigerator and cable TV. We also offer fishing trips, inland tours to Maya Ruins, snorkling trips and Ziplining.

Wir wurden im Sugar Patch Inn sehr freundlich von dem US-amerikanischen Besitzer Wayne Murray empfangen. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Man sollte allerdings wissen, dass das Sugar Patch Inn wirklich am Ende von Hopkins ist, d.h. um in das "Zentrum" zu kommen läuft man schon eine Weile. Die Unterkunft liegt auch nicht direkt am Meer (ca. 80m) und es wird kein Frühstück, Abendessen o.ä. angeboten (auf Nachfrage, aber dann schon zu höheren Preisen, die die Qualität/Menge nicht rechtfertigen).

How to get there
Getting to Hopkins is easy, either by road or by plane. It is also accessible by boat. The road to Hopkins from the Southern Highway is a quick 22 minute drive from Dangriga airport, with most of the road newly paved. There are several flights a day from Belize City to Dangriga, Hopkins Village is quiet, friendly with very hospitable people.
