Excellently furnished! Near at the 'Parco delle piscine' (beautiful swimming pool), the Spas (San Casciano dei Bagni, Chianciano Terme, Bagno Vignoni) and very interesting towns: Florence (110 Km), Rome (150 km), Siena (80 km), Montepulciano (15 km), Pienza (25 km), Chiusi (8 km), Montalcino (40 km), Assisi (70 km), Perugia (50 km), Orvieto (30 km). Surface area : 60 m2 Discount for long periods!

Un pezzo di storia
Proprio nel centro storico, tra le viuzze medievali, si affaccia questa piccola bomboniera, su due livelli, ben ristrutturata e facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dopo aver parcheggiato l'auto fuori dalla porta del paese a 30 metri di distanza. Tutto è come descritto, facile il pick up delle chiavi e il check out, tranquilla e fresca ci ha regalato due piacevoli notti.

good location & helpful landlord
Sarteano is a great location for seeing the rest of Tuscany and for experiencing "la dolce vita" in a small town. The people of Sarteano are very nice and helpful. The owner, Leonardo was especially helpful wit the apartment. Keep in mind that this is an old "medioeval" apartment, so it can feel a bit cold at times (although there is a fireplace for the winter and I'm sure it's nice and cool in the summer). This property was very affordable compared to similar properties we found. If you want to experience life in a small Italian town, this is a great place to stay.

è stato un piacere ospitare queste gentili persone...L'appartamento è molto fresco nei mesi estivi perché i muri sono molto spessi... Nei mesi invernali c'è il riscaldamento e l'appartamento diventa molto caldo...Grazie di tutto
