The terrace is full of olive trees and jasmine, with a beautiful view over Modica monuments. The fully fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, washer-drier, hob, oven, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster. There are 2 bedrooms very well furnished, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, the bathroom is with shower. Both rooms have panoramic balconies with bistrot table. We can add a cot in the double room. The apartment has: air conditioning/heating, wi-fi internet, TV lcd, full equipped kitchen, washer-drier machine, iron & board, hair dryer, first quality linen & towels, memory-foam mattresses. Final cleaning, linen, towels, internet wi-fi, gas, water, electricity and air conditioning/heating are included in the price of the apartment. ABOUT MODICA: The baroque town of Modica, protected by UNESCO, is situated on the slopes of the Iblei mountains. Each part offers a distinct panorama with picturesque alleys, stairways, stunning churches and elaborately decorated palaces. In the old town a number of chocolate manufacturers produce the famous cioccolato modicano. Modica is the perfect base to explore the fascinating South Sicily with its wonderful sea, nature and history. From there you can easily reach the nearby Baroque city of Scicli, Ragusa Ibla, Noto and Siracusa. The famous golden and fine sand beaches among the most beautiful in Sicily such as Marina di Modica, Pozzallo, Sampieri and the nature reserves of Vendicari. The archeological sites of Cava D’Ispica, Cava Grande and Pantalica. Car hire is essential to fully enjoy the local countryside, seaside and towns. Un angolo di paradiso immerso nel barocco
Ho soggiornato con la famiglia in questo splendido appartamento siti in un vicolo caratteristico a Modica. L'appartamento offre ogni comfort,ottima la pulizia e perfetta la posizione. Lo consiglio vivamente per un soggiorno.

Il loft la roccia è un piccolo appartamento con doccia scavata nella roccia dove si può godere un po’ di fresco nelle afose giornate di agosto. Consiglio di tenere acceso il deumidificatore anche se un po’ rumoroso in modo di non avvertire l’odore tipico dell’umidità quando si entra in appartamento…dopo un po’ comunque ci si abitua a me è piaciuto mi sembrava di stare in mezzo alla natura! Il climatizzatore invece si usa poco perché dentro casa la temperatura è costantemente fresca malgrado il caldo esterno. Massimo relax assicurato in quattro giorni di pernottamento nessuna pulizia o cambio biancheria così non trovi le cose spostate che a me è mia moglie da tanto fastidio! Molto comodo perché proprio vicino al centro di Modica state solo attenti alla stradina che viene in discesa uscendo da casa perché presente lastricato in marmo che se non avete le scarpe adatte può creare qualche problema di scivolamento! Non dimenticate le chiavi dentro dietro la serratura come è successo a me che ahimè ho perso l’abitudine alle vecchie serrature considerato che ormai tante strutture sono dotate di self check dispositivi di apertura con app ecc Portate se possibile soldi in contanti il poss talvolta non consente operazioni causa problemi al collegamento però in compenso nel tempo che passa tra due tre tentativi di transazione potete gustare la cioccolata offerta dalla padrona di casa che vi assicuro è meglio di fare subito una doccia ristoratrice dopo un viaggio dì quattro ore !

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft
Modica ist ein netter Ort in der Region Ragusa. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr modern renoviert und super eingerichtet. Wir wurden sehr nett in Empfang genommen und haben diese Wohnung sehr gemocht. Es war nicht sehr weit ins Altstadtzentrum. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder wählen.

BEST OF THE BEST
Wonderful apartment in the very middle of Modica. Excellent , everything in place. big rooms, kitchen and terrace - absolutely amazing in the old town. Close to all restaurants , bars - just on on the main street of Modica. Had great time and recommend this place to everyone.

FANTASTIC
Better than in the pictures! Clean and just renovated apartment has a perfect location. When they completed the renovation, they kept some great architectural details and added all the modern conveniences. Grocery shopping nearby if you want to cook. And right in the heart of Modica for a lot of great restaurants. Comfortable beds, nice linens and towels. Having the washing machine was nice for the middle of our trip. Excellent host left us local chocolate and fresh fruit. Parking is nearby, and once you figure out when you need to pay, it was easy. I hope to be able to return again!
