Residenza del Timo è un rifinito complesso turistico composto da 4 abitazioni, sito in prossimità di Punta della Suina (700 mt.), una tra le più belle spiagge del Salento.
La struttura è immersa in un'ampia pineta ed è situata nelle immediate vicinanze del Parco Naturale "Isola di Sant'Andrea - Punta Pizzo", una zona dalla natura selvaggia, con un paesaggio caratterizzato da colori e profumi intensi. Numerose amache, sparse nella pineta, regalano relax e riposo all’ombra dei grandi pini. Il giardino in prato inglese offre diversi angoli attrezzati: ombrelloni e sdraio, un grande gazebo con tavolo e sedie sotto il quale pranzare o cenare e un doppio barbecue in muratura.
