The villa is on the ground floor and consists of 3 bedrooms (attic), for 5/6 beds, a bathroom with shower, living room with fireplace, dining area and kitchen openspace. It is an excellent starting point to visit, and is about 5 km from Arona, Stresa is 15 minutes drive away, Lake Maggiore and Lake Orta, Mottarone, or Switzerland can easily be reached by boat or driving along the scenic Lake. It is the ideal place to forget the commitments and hectic life of our cities. An area of holiday homes. The country is small and charming. Festivals, celebrations and events are held in its vicinity. Villa indipendente, con uno splendido giardino di 1500 mq. immerso tra i boschi del Lago Maggiore, Ad Arona in Frazione Montrigiasco. Un angolo di paradiso a due passi dalla città. L'esterno dispone di ampia terrazza e portico, attrezzati con tavoli e barbecue. All'interno con le travi a vista, il camino in mattoni antichi, i mobili rustici, la stufa a legna, si respira l'atmosfera di una abitazione calda e curata nei dettagli. La villa si sviluppa al piano terreno ed è composta da 3 camere (una mansarda), per 5 max 6 posti letto, un bagno con doccia, il soggiorno con camino, la zona pranzo e cucina open space. Possibilità di aggiungere un lettino. È un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare, Arona che dista circa 5 km, Stresa a 15 minuti d'auto, i laghi Maggiore e d'Orta, il Mottarone, o la Svizzera raggiungibile con il Battello o in auto lungo la strada panoramica del lago. La villa si trova tra Arona e l'Alto Vergante, gli amanti del golf possono raggiungere comodamente il Golf Club Castelconturbia, il Golf Des Iles Borromées o l'Arona Golf Club, tutti a pochi km di distanza. Al ritorno potrete rilassarvi in giardino, ad ascoltare i rumori del bosco o assaporare i frutti di stagione del giardino.

Location pas du tout entretenue
Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans cette location début août. Bien que la proprio soit sympathique, je déconseille vivement. La maison n'est pas du tout entretenue et très vieillotte, nous avons eu des fuites d'eau à l'intérieur, l'électricité n'est pas du tout aux normes donc dangereux pour les enfants. Le lave linge a été en panne pendant les 2 semaines.

Sono felice di avere conosciuto il signor Lucien e la sua famiglia, ottimi ospiti cordiali e molto simpatici. Mi spiace che ci siano stati alcuni imprevisti durante la vacanza, come l’infiltrazione di acqua dal tetto dovuta dallo spostamento di alcune tegole per un forte temporale. Si è trattato di un evento raro che ha provocato numerosi danni alle abitazioni e ha abbattuto numerosi alberi della zona. Inoltre la lavatrice si è guastata e ho dovuto sostituirla, ma non potendola consegnare per tempo ho proposto il risarcimento di tutte le spese di lavanderia indicando le lavanderie automatiche più vicine. Ringrazio Vinie per la recensione perché mi consente di migliorare il servizio e correggere gli errori. Come ho già detto spero di avervi ancora come miei graditi ospiti con la vostra bimba e i vostri tre cagnolini.

Maison au charme d'antan et idéalement situé
La Villa Ella offre un charme rustique avec tout confort et un jardin arboré vaste où il fait bon se poser. Antonellla est une hôtesse charmante qui parle le français, disponible... la maison est idéalement située pour découvrir la région et, en soirée, se reposer au calme et au frais. De plus, nos amis à 4 pattes sont les bienvenus. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Anne, Olga, Sabine Loopsy, Rumba, Baya, Vénus et Wendy

Sejour parfait car très bien reçu par les propriétaires et la maison très bien entretenu. Les lieus sont magnifiques, sécurisés et proches du lac majeur.

relax e natura
Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia in questa villa e ci siamo trovati molto bene sia per la posizione riservata, sia per la vicinanza alle mete turistiche e alle meraviglie del lago Maggiore. La struttura è accogliente e dotata di tutto il necessario, veramente notevole il giardino con fiori, piante e il bellissimo prato che permette di passare pomeriggi all'aperto, godendo di sole e frescura. Consiglio vivamente a chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza rigenerativa dopo lo stress del vivere quotidiano in città, ma anche a chi vuole scoprire i luoghi caratteristici della zona.
