This beautiful property , can accommodate up to 10 people in its 4 bedrooms (4 double rooms with an extra bed to be added, if necessary). There are also 2 kitchens in the case of 2 separate families
The property is built on three levels:
On the first floor, we have the kitchen, the living room, two double bedrooms with terrace and sea view and two bathrooms, one with bath tub and the other with shower.
The second floor is connected to the first by an external staircase.
On the second floor, welcomes us a terrace with sea view and a comfortable second kitchen. Other two bedrooms, which also have a terrace overlooking the sea. On the floor there are also two bathrooms.The third floor consists of a large terrace on the roof, fully equipped, with magnificent view.
Private parking for 3 cars is into the property and free of charge.
Rental Rules:
Refundable cash deposit of 400 Euros is required upon arrival, the money will be returned on departure after the absence of any damage occurred.
Check-in from 15:00; Check-out by 10:00.
The prices include: bed linen and towels (1 set per person per week).
Exclusive use of the entire property.
Note: The pool is open from 1st May to October (exact closing date depends on the weather conditions).
Additional costs to be paid on arrival:
City tax: € 2,00 per day, per person (from 18 years onwards) as per Italian law.

We stayed with our family in the villa and were so impressed with how beautiful it is - the photos do not do it justice! The views are amazing and it is an excellent base to explore the Almalfi coast. We were a group of nine and the villa is HUGE with plenty of room for us all. The pool is a good size, the roof terrace is lovely and there is a fabulous outdoor area with a BBQ that overlooks the coastline. The owners went above and beyond - nothing was too much trouble, always on hand to give advice and recommendations. They brought us homemade pizza -which was delicious - fresh bread and mozzarella and fresh croissants on the day of our departure. They were so friendly and kind that it made our stay even more special. I really cannot recommend this place enough. I feel very lucky that we found it and I can't wait to go back to this truly beautiful place.

Wow summed up this villa from the start. Family welcomed us and went out of there way to go and get lunch for us after a long journey. The facilities are above and beyond expectations. Two floors of family amenities a Sun terrace on the roof it was brilliant. Would highly recommend it to anybody. We had a family wedding to attend and this villa was the icing on the cake. Thank you for your hospitality.

Perfect villa for family
We stayed in this beautiful villa for almost one week . it is beautiful as well as comfortable and spacious with very nice view and the owners are super nice and welcoming .they even brought us some local tomatoes and mozzarella which was amazing . Antonio was very helpful since it was our first time in that part of Italy he recommended some good restaurants . The only problem we had was not being able to stay longer .we loved Zio sam restaurant very good food and very accommodating . I would definitely stay there again .

Place is amazing
Villa was outstanding! Everything you need is here. I would highly recommend this for any large family. Owner was awesome as well. Best kept secret is the 3rd floor roof terrace. Outside shower! and Yes we used it every time. There is a great little restaurant with-in walking distance called Zio Sams, but take a flash light. Pool was the only drawback, but it was enough to get into and feel refreshed after a long day. We knew that going into the stay, so it wasn't a big deal. I would stay here again!!!!

A beautiful dream
Simply amazing:)) fresh air, a marvelous view over the gulf with "sleeping" Vesuvio in the back.
The villa has everything you need, from spotless bed sheets to fully equipped kitchen and an extremely welcoming owner, who spoiled us and brought us coffee, tea, water- to refresh after a long trip:))

50th Wedding Anniversary family holiday
A superb Villa with all amenities necessary for a fantastic holiday. The family are very welcoming and truly helpful in every way. We were made to feel like family, and enjoyed the space the Villa afforded us. We were a group of 6 which meant we had plenty of space with space to spare. The shutters mentioned in an earlier review have now been added and mean that you can shut the sun out in the mornings if you like. The road can be busy and noisy, but that is the privilege of staying right on the Amalfi Coast road so it didn't bother us. Locally you can walk to the Minimarket, and a Pizza restaurant, but will need a car or taxi to get into Piano di Sorrento to do wider food shopping or for the harbour. The train goes from Piano all the way right to Pompei so don't drive it! Boat hire in Piano is available with a skipper and we recommend you do this while here to see the truly beautiful coastline around this wonderful Villa. Have no hesitation in recommending a stay here, and will be trying to come back again soon. Once again, the family are just wonderful so look after them!
