Good communication from Tony, the owner prior to the holiday. Arrived to lovely villa with plenty of space for a family of 5. Great to have aircon and ceiling fans. The pool was super and the gentleman who maintained the pool along Pam the cleaner/care taker were both lovely. The location was good- a little way up the hill from Pissouri, quiet and not over looked. Easy to get to beaches, water parks and other locations. Super steak house walking distance away.

Everything was fine. The house was clean, Pam was there any time we needed her, nice pool, nice yard.

We have visited Pissouri many times and this was our second visit staying in Villa Katrina. Again everything was great, the Villa is well equipped and both Villa and pool are well maintained The views out over the Bay and to the Mountains from the upstairs terrace are amazing and for us we don’t get a view like that at home! We spent a couple of evenings just looking at the night sky and saw a few shooting stars. The beds are comfy and the twin rooms have large single beds. The air conditioning works well and is not on timers as some other villas are so no waking up every 2 hours to turn it back on through the hotter nights of July and August. We just ran out of gas to cook one day so rang Pam and half hour later the bottle was changed. The Villa is in a quiet location at the top of the village and a 30 minute stroll downhill will get you to the village square with plenty of places to eat or sit and have a drink in the company of many friendly and helpful locals, a drive down to the bay and you will see more of the same. The owner Tony is always quick to reply to any questions you may have and makes the whole experience of booking so easy. We will be back, Thankyou Tony

Just returned from our second year at Villa Katrina. Well equipped villa with beautiful pool and very very quiet, just how we like our holidays ! Not overlooked so very private plot. Communication from Tony was excellent and when we had trouble with our rental car he kindly offered use of his car free of charge should we get stuck which was very generous. We like the fact that this villa has AC and ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and the lounge ares so if you are not keen on AC as some people aren’t you have the option of the fan to keep you cool. The bed is one of the comfiest we have ever had in a villa we have rented, so a good nights sleep is guaranteed ( well for me it was !) We love this villa , it’s location and the quietness suits us. Hopefully once the flights are released in due course and the dates are free we will be returning next year. Thanks Tony !

Just got back from a week in this Villa. Tony (Owner) was very helpful and easy to contact and the Villa was clean, well equipped and well placed (amazing views..photos don’t do it justice!). Everything was very straight forward and we had contact details with a lady called Pam if we did have any issues (which we didn’t’!) There was a free welcome pack on arrival which was appreciated and Tony had even arranged for the lights to be left on for us in case it was dark. The pool was a good size and was cleaned 2 times in the week we stayed. The outside space is nice with good views to the rear. There was also a good selection of English tv channels, dvd’s and books and ceiling fans and air con if it got too hot. The Villa is at the top of Pissouri with amazing views, you do really need a car but could walk into the village at a push or there are lots of taxis. Pissouri was really nice with several restaurants, a pub and 2 local shops. There were are a few takeaways and ice cream shops. The locals were very friendly and all spoke a little English which was helpful. There was a supermarket within 5 mins drive and also doctors near by. We drove down to Pissouri Bay which was lovely and also visited Pathos (recommend trip to the roman Villa remains near the harbour and also the Tomb of the Kings. Also visited Coral Bay which had a lovely beach. All in all a lovely break, thank you Tony

Good views but 30 minutes walk to village, and very hilly. Villa was ok inside, however the outside was very neglected. Some of the patio slabs were broken and others were loose. The photos on the site are outdated. However Tony was easy to deal with and the use of his car (at an extra cost) was very helpful

We come to Pissouri every year so have booked plenty of villa's over the years, we have stayed in one nears to Tony's before but have never been able to get into this one as it is normally booked up but this year we struck it lucky. Beautiful peaceful villa with all the comforts you need, not overlooked by anybody, we couldn't master the TV system but don't want to watch much tele on holiday, however this year the world cup was on so would of been nice but didn't bother us we just went out instead ! This is the most peaceful villa we have stayed in, the only noise being the goats over the back munching their way along , totally relaxing and just what we look for on our holiday. Communication with Tony was excellent, we know the area well but Tony still insisted he call us prior to us leaving to ensure we were happy with his instructions which was a nice thought. The pool is lovely and refreshing and the polite pool man kept it crystal clean for us. Cant fault this villa, and will def be going back next year once I can get my dates arranged! Would I recommend ....100% but only if you don't book the dates I want lol !

pissouri is a beautiful place so relaxed with lots of lovely restaurants steak house by micheal, two friends, the hill view very good. villa katrina is a beautiful villa with everything you need it has a lovely pool. fantastic views from roof terrace. could not have asked for a more relaxing chilled out holiday we would definately return. thanks tony

The villa is situated in a lovely quiet area of pissouri with stunning views over the sea and mountains, but not too far from very welcoming pissouri village were you can enjoy the traditional cyrpriot food. The villa has good sized swimming pool which our kids really enjoyed and is well maintained, we received a welcome pack on arrival, which was very helpful as we have 2 young kids. The villa is very clean and spacious we absolutely loved our stay at villa Katrina and would recommend it to anyone and will be booking for next year!!

lovely place fantastic views definately need a hire car , but thats not an issue. neighbourhodd is quite and well looked after. property has all you could possibly need.
