Located in the 24 hour secure gated community of Florence Hall Village, opposite the multi-purpose stadium - home to Jamaica's internationally attended annual Jazz Festival! 30 minutes from Montego Bay Airport and 45 minutes from Ocho Rios and world famous Dunns River Falls.

This is our second visit stay at Shauna's place and once again we weren't disappointed. Shauna was very accommodating when we had to book in early due to changes in our programme.
We felt comfortable and relax just as with our own home and the kids had so much fun and space to run around.
We were able to visit the local beaches at a reasonable cost and spent most of our time touring Montego Bay, Falmouth, Trelawny and Kingston.
I would recommend anyone with family who like to plan there our excursions at their own pace to consider staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay!
This was my first time coming to Jamaica and renting a home. I either stayed at a resort or a friend house. Shauna and Demar were very pleasant and professional. I would recommend her home because it was clean,comfortable and up to date. The price was reasonable and being in a gated community is a plus. Thank you Shauna!

beautiful
The scenery was beautiful. Coming from a cold winter in the US, it was very relieving to stay in such a warm home. My family and I enjoyed it greatly. The community was friendly and overall the stay was great. We would definitely do it again.

excellent vacation
once again we had a wonderful time on our vacation . the house was amazing as before
and Shauna was grate as usual .Shauna and Demar is very helpful with vacation attractions. Shauna made the process of payment very easy and stress free. we had no problem when we got to the airport Demar was there waiting for us. the house was very clean and nice .Thank you once again Shauna for a wonderful vacation.

The WOW Vacation
My trip was wonderful, enjoyed every inch of the house, the house is beautiful and well equipped and located in a safe gated community. Definitely it’s the perfect home away from home. It's clean and tidy. It was spacious with all the comforts of home. The home was well stocked with all the things needed for preparing meals, clean towels, and toiletries. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Incredibly Presentable, Perfect Peace!
So we arrived on Valentines day and got back this morning the 1st of March. It was incredible my time in Falmouth. I want to thank Shauna for the easy arrangement and Demar for the excellent hospitality.. .great team. It was safe, secure, beautiful, clean, everything you needed was available to you exactly where you would want to stay if you went on holiday and wanted a home and not just a hotel room. It was close by to both sides of where we wanted to go right to orcho rios and left to Montego Bay. I found all the services of use.. Fans, internet. We were very comfortable, didn't want to leave. The rooms looked accurate to the pictures I remember saying when I arrived it's better then I expected. Me my mother and my brother travel to Jamaica almost every year and have a headache of the heavy tourism in Montego Bay and orcho rios was such a good break for us. I have recommended this place to my auntie also. Had absolutely no problems and never got bored as Demar was able to assist us with plenty things to do around Jamaica. Found a local beach called 'Good hope beach' turn left onto the highway, we spent a good deal here. I want to thank you Shauna for allowing us to take a break from our busy London lifestyles and enjoy Paradise. Will certainly keep in touch! 100.1% recommend.

Secound Time the Charm!
My sister and I loved it the first time we went we couldn't think of another place to be. It was a very comfortable and relaxing time. Away from the cold of the us. The neighbors was nice and Delmar was as charming as ever.

one of the best vacation rental every
MY FAMILY and i had a wonderful time on our vacation. the house was more than i expected.It felt just like home. It was very clean with lots of room for every one to have there own space. It was very easy to find.This rental was well worth the price that i paid and more.I would recommend this vacation rental home for any one.The manager was very nice and friendly.we had no problem picking up or dropping of the keys. I would definitely book this vacation rental home next time we travel to Jamaica.

We will never forget!!!
From the first moment we entered the community we knew that our decision to stay here was the right one. Only minutes away from Falmouth and easily accessible from the `Highway` this place was ideal for our vacation needs. Shauna is a great and easy person to get along with and was very nice in organizing our stay. Demar, who lives in the area was quick to resolve any needs and problems(not with the house) we encountered.The air conditioning was on and running very well upon our arrival. If you are looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to stay then I recommend you reserve and stay in this house. A taxi ride can be easily organized and "Biggs" would be happy to pick you up or drop you off for a very reasonable fee of $200 JaD, which by the way is very good considering that this house is further into the community and secluded in a cul de sac. Your neighbours are very friendly and don`t forget to be up early Friday morning sitting on the sunny yet refreshing veranda waiting for the produce man to show up with his minivan filled with fruits and veggies. Now getting to the details...the house is clean and well kept. If you keep in mind that you are coming into an empty house just as you would a hotel room then be sure to stop along the way for provisions before getting up here (Tyrone`s store in Market Square). Otherwise, it is everything a vacationer needs. Comfortable bed, great layout and generally quiet. The only nuisance depending on your personal level of noise tolerance is the neighbour`s guard dogs, but they are only doing their job and keep the surroundings safe if no one is home. It did not bother us at all, seeing as we are dog owners ourselves. As an added bonus, there are also a convenience store and tiny food stop in the commercial area of the community shortly after the gate (500m approx.) to your right if ever you ready need a food fix or a pack of smokes. From the house it`s a good 20 mins one way, but it goes by quick.

Home away from home
Very suitable accommodation for a average family size of 5, with lots of space which is idle when you have young children. A very quite gated community with pleasant and friendly neighbours and a definate home away from home setting.
Shauna made our stay less stressful by arranging transport to pick us up from the airport and a stop at the local supermarket as she was aware that we were unfamiliar with the area. Demar was always on hand to assist us with any queries and information which was very helpful.
The accommodation was within close proximity to a decent free local beach, restaurants, Falmouth Town and Montego Bay amenities. However driving would be idle to fully enjoy the surrounding areas however if can't afford a rental car or can't hack driving in Jamaica, Demar is always available to be your tour guide.
