Villa
Our beautiful four bedroom Villa sits on a hill with a panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea. In this exclusive location in Greenside, Trelawny, you can relax under a Mango tree in the front yard, or a breadfruit tree in the backyard, sipping your favourite drink. We keep the environment natural and in tune with nature.
Your accommodation comes with a house keeper. A cook can be arranged for a fee. The town of Falmouth and beautiful Burwood Beach is only 5 minutes away. Montego Bay city is 25 minutes away. Luminous Lagoon and Rafting on the Martha Brae is 10 minutes away.
Upon arrival, guests will be greeted by the housekeeper and shown around the villa. You will be given an orientation of both inside and outside, which is a very big fruited yard. You are welcome to try any fruit in seas...

Best trip ever
This villa offers the most majestic views. The service was impeccable. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and how courteous our hosts were. Joseph and Euda went above and beyond to ensure me and my family had a great experience and the most enjoyable trip. We need not look anywhere else for accommodation whenever we visit Jamaica. We have definitely found our home away from home.

beautiful property with a breath taking view
Our stay was excellent. We will definitely be back. 6 of us stayed in January 2018. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the owners with Red Stripe beer and other cold beverages. The helper was great. She helped us plan and prepared our meals. The town of Falmouth is 5 minutes away by taxi. There you can shop for anything you need. We went to the bend down market, which was quite an experience. The beds were comfortable, the rooms have fans that keep you very cool, and there is always a cool breeze coming off the ocean. The place is awesome and we highly recommend it.

The neighbourhood is country setting, where Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The town of Falmouth has amenities such as banking, produce market, grocery shopping, and just about anything you will need you can get it there.
Greenside is a quiet, exclusive community, near the town of Falmouth, Trelawny. There is a jerk center and many other restaurants within 10 minutes from the Villa.

You can get around by taxi (we have friends who will take you around for a reasonable charge), or you can rent a car at the airport. We drive on the left in Jamaica.

From Sangster Airport in Montego Bay, take north coast highway east towards Rose Hall, past Greenwood, then past Salt Marsh. Greenside is on your right after you past Salt Marsh. Take the 3rd entrance (Oceanview Road) opposite Jerk Island and the turn into Falmouth.
