We had previously stayed at a neighboring property (which was no longer available to rent). That (previous) host recommended Spear's cabin to us, It was lovely and perfect for exploring Walla Walla and the nearby Umatilla National Forest. The hosts were very responsive, and the place was spotless. The deck was perfect for enjoying a morning coffee as well as an evening cocktail or glass of wine. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the bedroom we used was comfortable (we didn't use the other bedroom). We (and our dog) felt very welcome here and will definitely come back and stay longer!

We wanted to be lazy and do nothing for a week and this place allowed us the quietest and most serine environment to accomplish exactly that.

What a beautiful setting for some relaxing time away. The cabin was spotlessly clean, and very well stocked. Karla provided directions with no detail left uncovered. The creek that runs along the back of the properly was so restful. We hope to return some day!

This cabin was so nice to come back to after a long day of exploring Walla Walla and the surrounding areas. It is well stocked to cook meals and hang out with family. My granddaughter loved wading in the river and we loved seeing the deer and wild turkeys roam through the yard. The bed were comfortable and there were several board games to play. All in all a lovely experience.

Though we went in the hottest season it was wonderful to get away and unplug. The hosts are wonderfully sweet and it shows in their home. We already have plans to return and recommend everyone give it a try.

Karla and this cabin were a joy. Karla was so easy to communicate with and made us feel welcome from the start. The cabin is gorgeous, perfectly situated on Mill Creek. You can just step outside and walk to the creek (though shoes are a must for the river rocks). Comfortable beds, two bathrooms, and a well thought out space made for a relaxing getaway. The surrounding area was so peaceful and quiet with the soft sounds of the creek, abundant wildlife, and so many stars! We are already planning a trip back. 10/10!

This was a perfect place to relax after watching cycling races in Walla Walla and Waitsburg. The cabin had everything we needed, and more, and the setting is peaceful and beautiful. The personal touches were wonderful!

Great place! Unfortunately we were in town taking care of aging father's business from sunup to sundown, so had no time to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. But will return When quieter times prevail. Karla was a gracious host and most helpful.

We loved our stay at Mill Creek Cabin and felt so at home. Karla made the place inviting and was very helpful in communicating with us to get ready for the trip to put our minds at ease. The cabin was clean and wonderfully decorated plus well stocked for a relaxing trip. We especially loved the property and wildlife! Thank you!
