The access to the hotel amenities is definitely a plus. The location is amazing. Lots of transportation around, across the convention centre and a huge mall where you can buy food and anything you need. It's also very close to Wakiki.
Overall this condo is in a hotel, so the experience is close to a hotel one, but not the same. The condo is relatively clean, but not perfectly clean. You definitely have the feeling it's somebody else's place, rather than a hotel room. The room is very small even for a hotel room and there were a lot of things kept in the apartment, so space is quite limited.
There were plenty of sheets and towels in the room, but of course there is no house maintenance by the hotel unless you pay more. The owner had left shampoo/conditioner, which was nice and checked on us the first day.
If you plan to use the sofa bed, it's not very comfortable. We had a third person stay with us for a few days and ended up just sleeping on the couch...
