The Neighborhood: A very quiet secluded country setting with great views of the mountains and in the midst of the world's largest Ponderosa Pine forest Other Things to Note: No telephone, no air conditioning, no cable/satellite TV, and no Internet. The cabin does have cellular and 4G data reception, 27' HDTV, Blu-ray DVD Player, FM bluetooth stereo radio alarm clock, board games, books, and local travel guides. We use a professional cleaning service to prepare the cabin prior to your arrival. Cabin Rules: House trained dogs are welcome but no cats due to allergies and not on beds or furniture. Please pickup after your dogs outside and deposit in the outside trash container. Staircase does not have a safety railing, see photos. Please make sure people, children and dogs are supervised and very careful on it. The cabin is located within a National Park so wildlife is abundant particularly Elk, Coyotes, Jackrabbits, other dogs etc. Please leash your dog at all times when outside. The neighborhood is very quiet so please enter and exit the area respectfully and try to keep dust down while driving. Quiet time between 9pm and 7am and to keep the peace with our neighbors and maintain the tranquil environment no loud music, parties or events. No smoking indoors. If smoking outdoors please discard in sealed container only. Since this cabin is completely surrounded by the national forest due to drought conditions the following is in effect: No BBQ use from April to September.
